Popped in to deposit some cash and withdraw a roll of dollar coins. I called ahead to make sure they had the coins because last time they didn't have any. It's an odd layout inside - you're faced with 3 lecterns right inside of the door - this is where the tellers stand. Two of the three were occupied by tellers. All were busy, so there's a small waiting area off to the side... Since I was next, I just stood around inside the door but while I was waiting, various people came in and either sat in the waiting area or stood around. Oddly, quite a few people kind of barged through the door, walked past everyone waiting, and went up to the empty lectern where they started doing a bunch of paperwork. Looking around, I didn't see much of a paperwork area - aside from the sitting area but it didn't seem to have any convenient writing surfaces. Things went kind of smoothly, but an ATM is much faster - I only spoke to the tellers because I had a question and needed the roll of coins. When that part of the transaction came, the teller performed the transaction, but then handed a receipt to the other teller who was apparently the only one authorized to go and get dollar coins. She disappeared into a side room for a while and came back with them. By this point, there was a bit of a "lunchtime rush" and quite a few people seemed to be waiting around in the ambiguous waiting areas. When I was given my coins, I asked for a receipt and the teller looked a little surprised, then keyed in some things and printed one off. Overall, it did the job, but the layout and workflow of the space seemed goofy and seemed to get in the way of basic banking tasks such as filling out deposit paperwork, waiting for tellers, and withdrawing money. It's only open 9:00a - 5:00p on every weekday aside from Friday when they're open until 6p, so kind of requires any banking to be handled over lunch. They do have drive-up and interior ATMs though (24 hour access), so as long as you can do what you need electronically, this branch should suit you fine during off-hours.
