Very rude staff, red hair worker “Jared” is the name I believe, is super rude. Won’t help out someone who banks through them. Went to the Huntington on 5th st and they helped me out, would not recommend coming here if you are a Huntington banker. You will have to deal with very rude staff

this is more for customer service, they shut down my card without asking or telling me. i got stuck at a gas station trying to get home in the snow. i tried to use my card and it kept declining. i went into my app and it said i have no existing cards. called and they told me they shut it down. i have also tried to change my address many times and they have not done so.

The male teller there with black hair is the absolute worst , he’s annoying condescending , never lets me pull out as much money as a want and what I do get isn’t in the bills that I want , worst huntington branch on earth , I asked him is I can have my money in 500 straps and he refused , another time I wanted some money counted with the money counter he refused. That guy actually sucks. Sadly it’s the closest branch to my school

This bank has the worst support in the branch. They are rude and they don't even smile at you. I have been banking with other banks and people welcome you there but in this bank, they are always straight-faced and rude.

I went in for information about an OSU Student Org account that I'm listed on around 10 am today, and the employee was incredibly, incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Unbelievable that a bank or any company would employ people who not only do not do their job, but are also absolutely terrible to customers.

I don't understand why we stay with a bank that you have to wait on hold for up to an hour to speak with someone about poor customer service at a local branch. The worst location that I know of is in Bryan Ohio. So slow are these lady tellers and the people sit in their office when there are 6 or 7 people standing in line.

No matter how attractive their lending terms look, do not deal with this bank! Over a six month period, I supplied all the necessary financial information on a timely basis. However, when we were ready to close, they had me order an appraisal for my condo and the appraisal fell within their lending guidelines. This appraisal cost me over $700.00! Then at the last minute, Huntington discovered that there was a lawsuit pending against my building's board of directors (for one million dollars.) Since, the board of directors of my building are protected by FIFTY-ONE MILLION DOLLARS OF D&O LIABILITY COVERAGE, this lawsuit should not have been an issue. In reviewing the complaint, it is my opinion that the Board of Directors will win this frivolous lawsuit. Charles C. Hausman, Chicago, IL
