The manager at the 5th Ave location in Grandview is THE Guy. Every time I meet with him for services and my concerns I am shown prompt and courteous service. I always feel like I can walk in and be heard.

I am very satisfied with Jeremy banker's work. He is very helpful with his willingness and also bankers there are very knowledgeable and helpful people as well. I would recommend this branch to anyone who wants to open any accounts. Thanks Jeremy for your time and help me with the documents.

I don’t even know why I continue to bank with Huntington. I’ve had not so great experiences with the Hilliard location, but this location is surprisingly worse. I show up today at 04:40 PM. All I was wanting to do is add my wife to my savings account, a process that takes 5 minutes, as we just added her to the checking account two days prior. The teller tells me: “have a seat a banker will be right with you.” So we sit and sit and sit until 4:59 where he then proceeds to ask us: “it looks like our bankers are still tied up, you will have to come back at a different time.” Shortly after this a “banker” comes around from the corner and says: “sorry guys I was supposed to leave at 4:30 today so I won’t be able to help.” All of this is happening while there is another customer STILL with a different “banker” but she was not asked to leave? I have no idea what customer service training these people get but one thing I can assure you is Huntington is not a customer first business. I worked countless customer service jobs throughout high school and college and one thing I know for a fact doesn’t happen is asking your customers who were there BEFORE closing hours to leave so you can leave at a decent time. Take some ownership and do your JOB. Save yourself the hassle and PLEASE go to a different location than this one. They are terrible.

Huntington bought the bank we used.They send communications like this ..."As of, January 25, 2022, the funds have been deducted from the account from which you requested the funds be transferred. However, the funds may take another day to reach the destination account.The request will continue to show in your Status view as "Pending." We will notify you as soon as the transaction is complete."For this and many other reasons related to poor/possibly illegal service issues, I look forward to closing our accounts with the bank and using absolutely any other bank.

Friendly tellers. They are always quick and efficient. Drive thru is big and there are two ATMs: one walk up & one drive up.

Two ATMs, one walk-up the other drive-up. Hardly ever a line inside or out that takes more than a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have built a sense of community. Those who have been around for a while behave as if they are familiar with the regular customers which is nice. On the weekends during the warmer months when the local high school baseball field is active there tend to be a lot of people parked at the bank when it is closed. So this can sometimes make it difficult to easily access the drive up ATM or the walk up ATM depending upon where the people are parked. Apart from that inconvenience I find this to be a good place to transact business.

Definitely would not recommend that any person of color banks here. I came in to the bank last Saturday with an escalated issue with my account. I spoke to the banker Alberto and was told that he would solve the issue by Monday. On Monday I called throughout the day and was given the run around and told that he didn’t have time to address the issue. I finally came in to the bank and witnessed him serve SEVERAL white customers while ignoring me and my issue. This type of service is unacceptable. I would recommend that you bank elsewhere!

Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible! Hire more people to man the phones!! Out of the 10x I called after waiting 42 minutes, the rep couldn't help me and put me back in the queue. After 52 min of holding I hung up. Even after scheduling a callback from them, the phone ran at the exact time and I answered but I STILL to wait on the line for a representative... I wanted to create an online account but could not because the phone # on file wasn't correct. The representative said before we can update your phone number (mind you the same phone # I received the callback on) she has to check public records to make sure it's mine! My cell phone is the only phone I have and it's under my husband's plan. Then it was radio silence, did not know where the representative went to. Honestly their service is terrible, in the dark ages, so unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this bank.

Do not do business with this bank. Customer service will have you waiting for over an hour on the phone. Their phone hours are limited and they do not follow up with simple requests. If you can forward your business to another bank, please do so. This institution could damage your credit with their lack of follow up.

Most unhelpful bank I've ever been associated with. Having motor issues wanted to add money to my loan to help pay and unlike my last multiple banks they have turned down any kind of help I've needed. Where most banks would step right up to help.
