“Saturday Christmas Party Day at GE. All kind of food stations to taste all kinds of food. The star was a roast beef concoction on a crostini, crab cake, chocolate, salad...wait that sounds like an entire meal. Add in a Starbucks coffee taster and Live music and you have a fun meal/day. Naturally it was packed. Nice job GE Grandview!”

“I had a serious banking issue that needed to be handled and I got the run around from one of the banks that are in a grocery store. I was livid and frustrated to no end when I tried one more time but at a full fledged bank and not the kiosk (thats how I feel they are and act in the grocery store) The personal banker calmed me down and did his utmost to help me rectify the situation. And he did!!!! I was so happy I cried. Since then I have gone back a few times (the construction on 315 makes it a chore to get there now) and have never had any problems with any of the employees (unlike that kiosk!)”

“Well-located Chase ATM, in the Easton Square area. Bright blue so you can't miss it; next to Brio Tuscan Grille. A good option both for those visiting the indoor mall/Town Center or making a longer visit, as well as those who are trying to just quickly get cash. The latter can park in metered spots on the road or one of the smaller surface lots nearby.”

“You can't miss this ATM: it's a bright blue standalone kiosk in one of the most trafficked locations in Easton: the roundabout with the fountain in The Strand, the section just north of the main building. It's in a good location for pedestrians/shoppers and, depending on how busy things are, fairly convenient to parking for someone driving by and in need of cash.”

“Update this machine has been replaced and is awesome and FAST! Also takes more than 30 bills. Please trim the tree WAY higher over the entrance though!!!! CHASE!!Every time I go to use this ATM something is wrong with it and it never excepts deposits. Also I’ve had this ATM take my money twice now and reboot where I have to call Chase and make a claim. Nothing but problems with this location. Come on Chase time to put some money into your machine and updated with a new one.8/10/2020 update. This ATM also never excepts cash deposits and I think it’s time to trim the trees over top of drive because if you’re not driving a Miata it hits your vehicle”

“Coming from NYC I realized my back back home had zero branches and I needed to open a local account. I had banked with PNC years ago and figured why not go back. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted nicely by the tellers who asked me to briefly wait in the seating area until an account manager could help me. Adam helped me get set up with the account by getting to know some of my background and my immediate checking and savings needs. The account opening process did not take long itself, but he took the time to tell me about columbus and gave me some suggestions on how best to explore the city as a new person. While I tend to do most of my banking online as I hate pushy account and branch managers, Adam was neither. He gave me a brief overview of some product offerings for down the road considerations but he was also realistic that changing banks is not an overnight process. I am definitely pleased with my experience at this branch and if I ever needed in person assistance again, I'd gladly come back and chat with Adam again.”

I was distraught and scared of what may happen. He was patient, reassuring, and kind. I'm grateful to for the teller team that assisted me with my understanding of what other steps I needed to do. “Located within the Kroger in the Brewery District this branch is certainly convenient. The staff was courteous and competent, even when navigating the more obscure previous year SEP deposits (as opposed to an IRA). Much much better than driving to their downtown branch, and I can buy groceries when I bank there at the Kroger too. I like the bank inside the grocery store concept a lot, very cool.”

“Easy access in and out. Never a line, but a busy place. Crew is very nice and polite. I go there to get cigarettes sometimes and they don't carry my brand I found out, but the owner said he would start getting them in sure enough they had them the next time I went. That's what I call good customer service. I would recommend this store to people.”
