I am very satisfied with Jeremy banker's work. He is very helpful with his willingness and also bankers there are very knowledgeable and helpful people as well. I would recommend this branch to anyone who wants to open any accounts. Thanks Jeremy for your time and help me with the documents.

Two ATMs, one walk-up the other drive-up. Hardly ever a line inside or out that takes more than a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have built a sense of community. Those who have been around for a while behave as if they are familiar with the regular customers which is nice. On the weekends during the warmer months when the local high school baseball field is active there tend to be a lot of people parked at the bank when it is closed. So this can sometimes make it difficult to easily access the drive up ATM or the walk up ATM depending upon where the people are parked. Apart from that inconvenience I find this to be a good place to transact business.

Wish I could give this bank NO stars. Will never use this them again. Keep shopping for a bank, don't give this one your business.

Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible! Hire more people to man the phones!! Out of the 10x I called after waiting 42 minutes, the rep couldn't help me and put me back in the queue. After 52 min of holding I hung up. Even after scheduling a callback from them, the phone ran at the exact time and I answered but I STILL to wait on the line for a representative...I wanted to create an online account but could not because the phone # on file wasn't correct. The representative said before we can update your phone number (mind you the same phone # I received the callback on) she has to check public records to make sure it's mine! My cell phone is the only phone I have and it's under my husband's plan. Then it was radio silence, did not know where the representative went to. Honestly their service is terrible, in the dark ages, so unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this bank.

Do not do business with this bank. Customer service will have you waiting for over an hour on the phone. Their phone hours are limited and they do not follow up with simple requests. If you can forward your business to another bank, please do so. This institution could damage your credit with their lack of follow up.

Love the branch at giant eagle in New Albany. It is one of the best Bank that I have dealt with for last 10 years I was with another bank and my account was hacked so far no problems with this bank plus all the employees know my name when I walk in and even go out of their way to say hi to me when I'm grocery shopping

The Huntington Bank provides stellar service. I've had a difficult situation to deal with and the bankers who assisted me were calm, understanding and very personalized. I'm impressed with this young yet mature crew. Thanks Jonathan and Jennifer on 5th Avenue for making things go smoothly. I'm planning on doing all of my banking with Huntington in the near future.

Bad service and no restroom for their clients. What less could you ask for. A tough parking lot to get into.

DO NOT use this bank for a loan. Their payment system is completely analog, meaning the only way to pay your loan installments without incurring any additional fees at all is to send a check by mail. And who knows how long it will take them to receive that check and whether or not they'll lie and say they get it late and charge you the additional $5 late fee. And you can just forget about trying to pay electronically. In order to do that you need to actually set up a bank account with them. And even then, it's a $5 FEE to pay your loan installment using THEIR OWN BANK. Want to pay over the phone? 12 DOLLAR FEE. I set up automatic payments through my super awesome local bank and a month later get a letter from them that I missed my payment and was being charged the $5 late fee. This is after, a month ago, I finally was able to access their super confusing and difficult to get to document using a third party server (what??? just send a PDF!) and fax it back to them. And they say they never received it. DO. NOT. USE.

I switched my direct deposit back to my credit union and Huntington tried to charge me a fee. I had to go down and have them take it off and switch to an account that didn't charge that fee. Huntington, guess what? I have NOT had 1 problem since I've been back with my credit union. Not one problem! Huntington is out to hurt their customers, not help them.

The inside of Huntington is clean and cool. The staff is uber-friendly. I switched from Chase 2 years ago and the services and people of Huntington Bank have made me LOVE LOVE LOVE that decision.

A-ok, is a good way to rank this location. The service is accurate. They are friendly when I make a drive-thru or walk-in transaction but when it comes to a clueless customer, I felt even more clueless. I was transferring a car title over and had to sign the back. It had to be notarized, I thought after both of the buyer and seller signed it. I was waiting for the buyer to come so we could do it together. Eventually, after 15 minutes (the buyer was late) a manager offered to help and very quickly told me the I just needed to sign it, not the buyer. Honestly, I felt very rushed through that. I was clueless that day and really wanted my hand held as we walked through the steps. Turns out it really was just that simple (me signing, them notarizing), but I wanted the verbal assurance that I was doing the right thing. I never got it, but I get the feeling that I was just another nuisance.
