I’ve been with Huntington for YEARS. After my direct deposit couldn’t be processed today, I called a total of 5 times, each time promising it would be taken care of by the end of the day. My last call at 4:30 on a Friday I was told there is nothing they can do to get me MY paycheck, there is no guarantee I will have it by Monday and that they will not have people working on this issue after hours or over the weekend. I understand that they’re tired of explaining this to people but the woman was extremely rude considering it’s not my fault they can’t give me my paycheck? I already had bills scheduled to come out, my account is negative, and I don’t know what to do or when I’m getting my money with no help from Huntington. All these years of loyalty to them and they can’t do anything for me. Definitely finding a bank that can at least deposit my paycheck, or if there’s a mistake on their part, make it right.

The manager of this branch is very stupid and does not care about fulfilling the customer’s requirements. Because of him, today I suspended my personal and business accounts with Huntington Bank, and I do not want to deal in the future with any of their branches because of this idiot.

The ATM works fine lol I wouldn't come here for any other services. I tried twice to get a paper notarized that would've taken a solid 5 minutes for someone to help me with. Laughed at by an employee on the first occasion and then skipped in line by their manager the second time. I'm not going back in there :/

Horrible customer service I went to transfer money I asked to get help but bank officer. The bank officer she came yelling at me because she doesn’t want to help me she was busy playing game maybe. And she told me to go to deferment branch . I told her i will close all my business accounts with Huntington because of you being so rude. Her answer was I don’t care close it. So will close all my accounts with Huntington soon

Waited in the local branch for 30 minutes with someone who seemed rather distracted and oblivious to my concerns. He was then handed a business card by another employee who told him to tell me to call the number on the card. I did so, hoping to reach someone to discuss my issues. Two unanswered calls before I emailed the specialist Jason in mortgage who simply emailed me the phone number for general customer service. Spent hours dealing with uninformed individuals.3 hours later. Still in customer service for a 4th time. Even a callback in between.

HNB has no interest in protecting their customers. Despite filing multiple disputes with the bank over fraudulent charges of $1200 they offer only lip service instead of refunding my money. I will be closing three business accounts, two personal accounts, and moving my mortgage to another bank asap. I suggest you do so as well

Why can't I give 0 or negative star !!! Made a payment via check with account number clearly labeled on the check and they still messed it up and posted to the wrong account!!! Now I'm on the phone waiting to talk to a 4th person ... they kept transferring me around.
