Absolutely the worst bank in the industry. Literally every other transaction gets flagged for "security" when using your debit card. Service to address sucks. Called nearly a dozen times before finally closing my account. Never have this issue with accounts at US bank or chase.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My large check was deposited into someone else's account. I am the one that figured it out, not even the bank. 3 business days later and management is NO help. Give you the runaround and give you timelines that they don't meet. Now saying I won't have the money for another 3 days. YOU messed up and I am the one that is being punished. Absolutely ridiculous. All I can say is if you have a check that you need to deposit...DO NOT BRING IT TO THIS BRANCH.

Worst customer service. A branch with not even a single customer and a long wait just to let us know there is only one personnel of five available to do what we need but we had to still waiting. I won't ever come back to this branch.

Had a great experience opening up a new business account with Chris the Branch Manager. He went out of his way to make sure I had the right documents and spent more than an hour setting up my accounts and showing me ways to save time in my day. Thank you!

My boyfriend went to this bank to deposit money in my parents account while we didn’t have the account number we could verify all pertinent info. This bank refused us as “policy”. This branch could use a hard review on one fit “policy” if they CARE about people like they say they do. Chris branch manager hung up on me when I called in. Tiffany the service manager was who my boyfriend was dealing with. I called back and spoke to Crystal who was not sympathetic at all. People aren’t policy and you can do better as a company. I have also opened a complaint in consumer affairs. Two other branches have allowed us to deposit money. I have never heard of a bank refusing money!

Worst Bank Ive ever dealt with. Both personal and business . Just tried to get coins for my business and the lobby is closed and then wait in a long line for the drive through teller and told I have to make an appt to come in to get coins. Seriously? I have to make an appointment to get change ?!?!? I need coins now, not tomorrow or the next day. I will be closing my accounts after this. They are the only bank doing this .

Just your pretty standard, run of the mill branch. I've only had to go in a time or two, and both times the service was prompt and the employees were cordial and professional. I mostly utilize the drive up ATM when I do need to come to this location. The line at times can be long, but with all the businesses and the traffic in the area, that's to be expected. Speaking of traffic, this place can be a bit difficult to get in and out of at times. The entrance immediately off of Polaris parkway is supposed to be a one-way, enter only, but many ignore this and attempt to make a left turn from the exit, which blocks traffic onto Polaris and can create an issue. In order to leave the branch, you need to drive around it again and out of the back. Having a congested parking lot makes me avoid this branch and its ATM during peak traffic hours.

I’m a new business owner and I have had incredible customer service from the staff. Particularly Vassily, he has taken the concept of customer service to the highest level and gone beyond what I would expect. It is the difference between local customer focused service and a large national where I would be more of a number and a statistic. Great Job Guys !
