I NEVER IN MY LIFE FOUND A WORKER SO UNHELPFUL. THE YOUNG MAN ASKED FOR TONS OF INFORMATION AND WAS BEING IGNORANT CAUSE QUESTIONS WERE ASKED . HOW DID YOU ALLOW SOMEONE TO OPEN A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT ? YOU SAY YOU CANT GIVE OUT INFORMATION. THE ACCOUNT WASNT OPENED LEGALLY. THE GUY SAID YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO THE BRANCH FOR THIS MATTER. AN IDENTITY WAS STOLEN. THE GUY WAS NO HELP AT ALL. HE WAS IGNORANT AS HELL. HE DIDNT WANT TO HELP. HE HAS A NASTY DISPOSITION. THIS IS ABSURD SOMEONE WHO DOESNT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT CAN DO SO BUT THE RIGHTFUL OWNER CANT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE IS BEYOND ME. SOMETHING NOT ADDING UP. I NEED A CALL BACK NUMBER OR REPLY WITH AN EMAIL,PHONE NUMBER AND A PHILA. BRANCH ADDRESS TO FIX THIS SITUATION MEANWHILE YOU NEED TO HAVE AN UPDATE ON PROCEDURES AND POLICIES FOR FUTURE CONSUMERS.

Unfortunately was roped into a car loan with HNB by the dealer.I paid off the loan early with HNB. They advertised no early payoff fees. I had to pay early payoff fees of a few hundred dollars. On top of that, HNB *never* sent any sort of title, because they said it was electronic. I have to waste my time and spend additional money paying for a replacement title because I never received anything from HNB.Why did I pay a titling fee and have to pay again for a duplicate when HNB never bothered to have one created in the first place? Where does my money go? To the already well-padded pockets of the CEO who literally has his own personal bank branch. Now I get to do mail-order musical titling from the state of Ohio because HNB can't be bothered to do it's job correctly.I will never do business with Huntington National Bank again. Ever.

I like my voice credit card however the customer service is terrible. Long hold times for simple questions, and vague responses when you finally get through.

I Do Not recommend this company. If one has an issue it is extremely difficult to get in touch using any method. Phone calls are met with hold times and misdirection of calls which lead to dropped calls which leads to calling again and starting from scratch. They confirm and verify your account and what department you are needing via recording to get you to the right department, then the person answering knows nothing of what department you wish to speak to. They offer a secure messaging in the online website, of which no one replies. If they are incapable of answering, they should not offer such a useless service serving no purpose. They offer a Chat of which only limited information can be obtained. This last time, I resorted to requesting a phone call from them. I received that phone call and was immediately placed on hold. I requested two issues be brought to the attention of the proper department but I am not sure if they know where those departments are located. Their online payment feature is incapable of correctly allocating that payment to interest or principal. One's online account contains erroneous information. When I finally was able to ask why, the reply was," it is correct in our transaction history" and "do you read your statements because those are correct" To the first, it does me no good for Huntington to have the correct information if that information is not available to me in my account. The second - Yes, I read my statements which is the reason I have had to call twice before with errors found on those statements. I am responsible for paying my loan. Statements come once a month. My online account supposedly contains up to the date information. Not so. Their online site states bankers can be reached via phone between the hours of 7am-8pm ET, yet when called at 7am ET, I am told they are unavailable until 8am ET. I am constantly in a questioning process with this company. Nothing, either stated or written, is as it seems.

Won't release a check for weeks, multiple stops and calls have done absolutely nothing to resolve issues. Seriously the worst customer service ever.

One star review is generous. I have an auto loan with Huntington which was not an issue until I moved from FL to GA. Huntington customer service could not be anymore incompetent. All I needed was a copy of the title so I could transfer my tags. After 4 weeks a physical title was mailed to the tax office in GA then lost in the mail. Since my FL registration was getting canceled I tried to get help. I called 6x in one day and not one person could figure out how to email me a copy of an electronic title. I finally contacted CEO office and surprise!!! It took someone 2 minutes to email me the title copy. Dear Huntington MGMT, either give low level customer service reps in loan dept access to titles or train them and support them with escalation issues. I’m going to be moving my loan to another bank.

I applied for a loan though one of their subcontractors. I was told 2 to 3 weeks and after a month they told me 2 to 3 weeks. They need to get better subcontractors! It reflects poorly on Huntington.

I was impacted by TCF merger and was finally able to close my accounts after multiple calls and a visit into a busy branch in Minnesota. How is it ethical to switch checking accounts over from TCF to an interest account where a minimum balance needs to be maintained to avoid a fee? None of my TCF accounts had that?? Huntington sent mail during the acquisition saying that "they will pick an account that is close to what I had with TCF". I had two checking accounts with TCF but Huntington decided to convert one to a normal checking and one with the above minimum balance criteria? Something seems fishy here. The process to close the accounts was also horrible and I know I will not be back.

Huntington has a processing that won't budge. Close to a month now, I have tried to get my savings account closed time and again. I called, signed papers, and went into the branch offices; all of which told me that it's the processing department. So I'm asking the president of Huntington to ask the processing department to do their job. Thank you.

I was having a loan that I closed over the last 2 years . Then I was surprised to fine that the bank gave me a line of credit which I never asked or need for it and send me a to pay interest for that loan .I am surprise over that behavior this is a fraud I am 87 years old and this bank to talk to the customer serves it takes hour to wait as if it is the only bank , they have a horrible customer service there should be a rule and regulation that should protect the customers from such fraud . I am his wife and post this on his behave
