Came in to get measurements for a wedding. I had already had most things saved in the online shopping cart. Scott, the Assistant Manager, gave us a warm welcome. This gentleman was very professional, knowledgeable and made for an overall great experience. Even helped with the online ordering. Cheers to Scott!

Tori in the Columbus store was awesome. She walked me and my groomsmen through every choice, gave advice where we needed it, and did a great job with the fitting. Everyone there was personable and liked to joke around, which fit with our personalities perfectly!

I cannot adequately express how grateful I am to Stephen, the manager, for helping me in a really difficult situation following a fire. He was fantastic in helping me to pick out a new suit. He patiently guided me through picking out fabric for the suit, the lining on the suit, small features that make the suit pop, and picking out new shirts. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The suit arrived quickly, and I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend Stephen and Indichino enough.
I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Victoria as well. She was excellent to work with too.

Had an amazing experience. Stephen who I think is the GM was incredibly professional and exceptional at his craft. He went the extra mile to make sure the suit was perfect for the event, down to the very last detail.Of course, I was last minute going back for a minor change they were exceptionally accommodating. Can’t recommend the place enough for a more unique style of suit with their various options.

I had an appointment and was helped by Toni I believe her name was. She was extremely helpful and very thorough with the measurements. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for, but also gave her recommendations. Next time I go back I will definitely try to book with her. Indochino should do whatever it takes to keep her

Went and got fitted for suits here and it was so easy. Stephen was so helpful and had my wife and I dying laughing. Awesome guy. Awesome store. 10/10 would recommend.
