Im not trying to be the one who pulls the race card out but the customer service speaks for itself… of course I walked in an did not get greeted or help.I asked lots of questions and the guy act like I wasn’t speaking English like he didn’t understand anything. He seems like he hates his job he was very dry and rude it was the second time I went there and felt like it was a waste of my time and money and the bad thing about it I spent over 1500$ and i basically helped myself I was very nice and understanding so I don’t know what else to think of it besides the employee being racist…Indoor Garden can have some potential if the company was all race friendly or maybe get rid of him because your gonna lose business

Costumer service was terrible. They did not greet my husband and I as we walked in. They also had bad energy as if it was a problem to answer our questions. Very racist and I will leave it at that.

Wow! This has to be one of the best if not the best plant cultivation shops in the Columbus area. In addition to having supplies, the easy to talk to and plentiful knowledge of the employees makes me feel like I can achieve growing just about anything! Today, employee Erik showed me the incredible root system on his peppers at the end of the season and I am blown away. I can't wait to start my next garden with whatever he says he used to get healthy rooths like that, even in a grow bag and during a drought!! Thanks Erik!

Always a great time here and if you need help don't be afraid to ask they don't bite I swear. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area to check out the bean stocks.

I am having a difficult time putting into words just how much I treasure this store and the folks who work in it. Not only will Jason make you feel entirely welcome throughout your visit, but he is both respectful and informative of the best products for your application. He isn't there to upsell, he's there to help you get what you need for the absolute best result. I believe growers of all levels of experience would feel right at home at this store, especially first timers. After my remarkable experience, I realized that I had stayed in the store far longer than anticipated, and they had actually been closing up. The kicker? I didnt notice until I saw the clock. Instead of rushing me out, they helped me in every way possible, talked to me, shared tips, and even helped me carry out my stuff. From start to finish, this place was exceptional in every way. If we want service like this to stay, or even better, become the standard, we must support them whenever possible. You may find something cheaper online or shipped from overseas, but it sure doesn't come with any sort of experience comparable to having these guys as a resource, available to help you on a daily basis. Thank you, Jason, and the rest of the IG team for all of your help.
