Top-notch experience start to finish with Integrity Moving! Hats off to Tyler, Mike & Josh for incredibly efficient, courteous, and diligent service. Really hard to deliver a great experience in the case of residential moving, but Integrity did just that. Will be a return customer for all future moving needs.

Our movers were very friendly and professional. They wrapped all of the furniture and were very quick! They had everything loaded and unloaded within two hours for a local move (we did not have a couch or bed). Hopefully this is our last move for many, many years, but I would use them again.

Integrity Moving was so easy and friendly to work with before and during my move. I called to edit the list of items needing moved as my needs changed, and they were always responsive and helpful. When moving day came, the movers were on-time, respectful, skilled, and incredibly hard working. I was amazed at how they transported almost everything we own into a new home in one day! Including a piano, multiple couches, fragile items, and 3 beds they had to take apart and put back together. Highly recommend.

I hired Integrity Moving & Storage to pick up and store a piano until my long-distance movers could retrieve it. When those movers arrived, I was told there wasn’t enough advance notice to release the piano — something that was never mentioned when I booked.
When I called to clarify, the woman on the phone immediately started scolding me instead of trying to help. When I said I didn’t appreciate her tone, she became even more dismissive. I asked to speak with the owner, who turned out to be even ruder and more combative. He said they’d only release the piano if I paid an extra $350, nearly doubling my cost.
To be clear, I understand why there could be an extra charge and that miscommunications happen — that’s part of business. But the lack of respect, professionalism, or willingness to take any responsibility was disappointing. A simple “I’m sorry there was confusion” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I was met with hostility and zero accountability.

The good: Really nice and respectful crew who took good care of our belongings.
The bad: Pretty slow about the work and you’re paying by the hour. You also pay for a lengthyyy lunch for the crew. Most expensive lunch you’ll ever buy.
Additionally, communication and expectations weren’t great. Based on our home, we fell right between 1-2 trucks. We said we’d box and transport all smaller items ourselves, which we were told would make it one truck. Still wasn’t enough and we ended up with several big items that the crew simply left behind. It left for a really long and stressful night of multiple trips across town, hauling large items and packing cars. Pretty brutal.

The movers seemed to be in a rush and didn't treat our things with respect. We were told alot about what they couldn't take and had to keep reminding them of what they were contracted to take. They also broke a couple of pieces of our furniture. I feel I didn't get what I paid for.

Integrity Movers came out and quoted packing and moving services. They showed up late on the packing day and the moving day, so that was negative. Also, their quotes were a few hundred dollars less than the actual cost of the packing and moving, so we ended up paying more than expected. Most of our furniture was moved safely and without damage. But an expensive platter was shattered in a box that they packed and moved. They scratched the freshly-painted walls and the ceiling of the stairway of our new house. After the move we found our bed was not properly assembled. Our wooden bed would have broken soon if we had not intervened. Part of the moving contract includes insurance. After the move, I provided photos and documented some of the damages. Now it has been over a month of back-and-forth with Integrity trying to get reimbursed to cover painting, repairs, and replacement due to damages. After initially accepting my estimates, they are now requiring me to schedule contractors to provide official quotes. My quotes are reasonable and a small fraction of what we paid to move. In conclustion: they will break your items then make you work for weeks and months advocating for reimbursement you may never receive.

I’ve used Integrity Moving on several occasions for moves large and small and have always been pleased with the service. They replied promptly to an question/concern and their prices were fair. I highly recommend!

What an excellent group of people! They moved my piano, hot tub, and whole house generator! They were prompt, very friendly, and extremely careful with my stuff! I hope to never need this type of service again but if I do I know exactly who I’m calling! They were fantastic!
