Otto and his team are great. Offices are always clean and the group is always friendly. Easy access to covered and street parking and mail service is a huge time saver. Would highly recommend this arrangement for small businesses or solopreneurs. Always fun to visit and a great view from the open room.

I was in Columbus for a month and needed temporary office space for my new business. I had a fantastic experience with Intelligent Office. Space was exactly what I was looking for (quiet, private office, great value for price, helpful staff, etc...). Would definitely use Intelligent Office again!
