I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received on repairing a broken shackle on my trailer. Nobody else would help me out on a short notice job, but Geoff Waddell went above and beyond to have it fixed quickly. His service technician (Jack?) did an excellent job and I really appreciate the service they provided.
