I went today with my kids and I got charge $50 bucks for one full bag and a baby bottle pop I dnt know if I got over charge..did any one else had happen to...???

Was charged for 3 bags of the freeze dried candy when I only got 2. Was another 10$ charged for nothing. Didn't realize till we left and checked the receipt.
update: went back a couple hours later and could get a refund on the extra money

Had bad experience here. My daughter was just looking at the candy and has not even touched it , but the lady shouted at her and made sudden move towards kid, which got her scared like she had done something way too wrong. I understand why she is saying but there is a proper way to talk to kid. The way she talked to my daughter was really rude.

Came with my daughter to get candy came twice and the doors were locked. Why isn’t there more staff available lost sale ?

Definitely ask how to make bags of candy, I wasn't weighing my bag and an employee suggested that I weigh my bag before getting more and I was already at a pound!!! It was definitely worth it really good candy and I had fun picking it out

I love this store and the employees try their best to have everyone understand how the bulk works and keep children from touching the candy so it's clean. Please keep an eye on your children no one wants to eat candy covered in germs.

My daughter (13) was looking at candy. While looking she couldn’t tell what was inside one of the containers so she opened it and was soon as she opened it one of the workers came up behind her and pushed her to the side, legitimately screamed at her to the point the whole store could hear and was staring telling her to get her “nasty fingers out of the candy” “ now i have to throw it all away “ then proceeded to slam the container shut picked it up and threw it in the trash very dramatically to make it a point everyone could see and knew and my daughter didn’t even come close to touching the candy. She came running out of the store running and crying so hard she couldn’t breathe. I want something done with this employee now. I’m ready to file charges for her touching my child and making her feel like she isn’t worthy and disgusting when you have other children in there touching all the candy and nothing being said to them but profiled my daughter because she “thick” and wears darker clothes that conceals her whole body because she gets body shammed enough from school and everywhere else then you have a grown adult at a candy store that deals with children everyday treating my daughter this way. It’s sickening.

Customer service is great, this candy store is meant for buying in BULK, if you want something small I don’t recommend going for the bulk candy, rather something from the walls. The staff are friendly and always try to assist you in any matter. However, they do not mess around with people putting their hands in the bulk candy bins, which makes Me feel very safe because I have a lot of food allergies and I’m often worried about cross contamination. I also learned that anybody under the age of 18 is able to be kicked out if they do not have a parent present because of Easton’s policy.
