In February 2025 I had two vanity tops installed by J& R granite.They had two beautiful Dolomite slabs at their site.They did an outstanding job on honing them and a very professional job-installing them.
I needed matching material after installing, which Jogly went above and beyond to get for me. The whole process was a very positive experience.Jogly gave me a written estimate quickly, he made changes when I changed my mind.I will give them my business in the future and highly recommend Jogly at J& R granite and his friendly, hard working, professional team!

My husband and I had countertops installed for a very reasonable price, but we had several issues.
First, I noticed about 30 minutes after the installers left that they installed the island countertop incorrectly. We had always said from the planning meeting to the measurement at our house that we wanted a long lip on one end for stools. This information was either not provided to the installers or they missed it. When I called the inform them of the mistake, they contacted the installers and then called me back. Jogly, the manager or owner, told me that I was "lucky" because they had just reached the next customer so they could turn around and come back. This comment left me a bit annoyed because it made it seem like the mistake was my fault.
When the installers were done with the counters, we were not given any information, so my husband asked about how long we needed to leave the countertops alone. The installer then asked if he was asking because of the sink, and said that we needed to wait 24 hours before doing plumbing. Because of this, we completely rearranged our remodel schedule. We later found out that we should have only been told to wait 2 hours for plumbing, which would have allowed us to keep our remodel schedule in tact.
We finally got back to the sink a few days later and discovered that they had drilled the faucet hole significantly off of where it should have been, so they had to cut metal out of the sink. They didnt cut enough though, so we are once again delaying our plumbing. When looking down through the faucet cutout, you can very clearly see a metal lip that is in the way. Had we known about this mistake, we would have checked it before they left to ensure that we wouldnt have been delayed again.
All of this was frustrating, but talking to Jogly again was the most frustrating part. When informed of the 2 hour rather than 24 hour window for plumbing, I pointed out that meant that there were now 3 mistakes on the part of the installers. Jogly then told me that no mistakes had been made, as if I hadn't been complaining about mistakes for the entire phone call. He put me in a position that required me to ralk rudely to him because he did not express a bit a regret or apology about the fact that the mistakes had been made, and tried to gaslight me by saying there were no mistakes. When I reminded him about calling me lucky when I called about the island, he acted incredulous and claimed he would never say something like that. Fun fact, he did.

I was very pleased with my recent Granite installation from J and R. The builder of my new home provided countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, but I had California Closets build in my pantry, mudroom and closet cabinets. I got a price from my builder's contractor to install the additional Granite countertops on these cabinets and the quote was significantly higher than the price from J and R. And as it turned out, the quality of J and R's installation work was better as well. J and R worked to meet my schedule and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Highly recommend J and R.

Overall - a great experience. Pricing was superb, The only negative was that the measuring of the slab was slightly off, but JR's installation crew were able to fix the discrepancy on the jobsite. Would definitely use these guys again.

This company is absolutely wonderful! From showroom floor to installation they are completely professional and a pleasure to have worked with. The granite countertop absolutely made my kitchen. I could not be happier with the quality, the workmanship, and the installation. AND they are VERY reasonable in pricing! I highly recommend J&R Granite!

Quality service and finished product. They installed a counter top for our outdoor kitchen. The job was laser measured and installed exactly as we asked.

This was the 3rd granite place we visited. We told them our budget and they listened. We are very happy with our kitchen and bath countertops. We were even able to get our shower bench slab from them. Very friendly and accommodating - you feel like an old friend of theirs. Installation and follow up are flawless. Great customer service still exists!

These guys are second to none! I highly recommend them. Their pricing, service and selection is as good as it gets. I know granite is in their name, but their Quartz is also incredible. We have used them on many projects, and they always exceed our expectations.
