Bad experience with the store manager. She is very by the book , and won’t care to understand the situation and try to be cooperative vs she was just keep saying “ I am sorry “ and not even remotely try to resolve the situation. And make sure that customer is happy. Manager before that one was excellent. It was always a good experience at J.crew Easton shopping center until today.

Came in shopping from West Virginia (no good places to shop down here) and had a great experience. The sales associate working was a delight to work with. She let us know about the clearance sale and we stocked up! We will definitely shop again when we are in town. Thank you Kirty for all of your help!

I have been shopping at Jcrew for YEARS and have spent countless thousands of dollars there. The people working in this store are so incredibly rude. After my experience I will NEVER spend another cent at JCrew.

Have shopped at J. Crew for years. Tried to return a sweater that was so constricting and itchy I couldn’t wear it and it caused major irritation to my skin. I wore it for maybe a few hours because I assumed the neck would give slightly. When I took it in, the manager (an elderly blonde woman) snidely told me they couldn’t accept worn returns, then proceeded to “pinch” the sweater as if it was infected while she folded it. She laughed at me as she handed it back to me and told me it was my fault for the irritation on my skin, not their product. Anywhere else, it would be, “I’m so sorry this didn’t work for you, but we’re unable to process this return because of this policy.” Not sure what type of customer service J. Crew is trying to exemplify, but the quality of J. Crew these days certainly doesn’t qualify anyone in that store to treat customers in such a condescending manner. Yikes. I won’t be shopping here any longer.

This store is a gem and the workers here go above and beyond.
They offer styling advice, will grab different options if the current item doesn’t feel right, help you find any item you see on did display. They are J Crew experts.
If I ever do order online I always order pickup so I have an opportunity to shop in store as well. I’ve found so many items I would have never given a chance online. I love that they price match deals online (though I wish Jcrew’s system would let them see the online prices!)
My husband once lost his sunglasses here and the workers were able to find and return them to him!
Truly my favorite store at Easton.

I'll start by saying my husband and I have shopped J Crew for many many years. The quality of the clothes and the feel of the fabric is what keeps us returning. Unfortunately today my experience was not up to par. I entered the store and the young lady working asked if I needed anything. I showed her an outfit which was a suit style I wanted to get close to for a business event this weekend. They looked me up and down and stated "We don't have anything for you here." Now I may not be able to 100% say that I was judged based on my very casual clothing, but that was definitely the feeling that I received with the interaction. I know don't believe this to reflect the values the company may hold however anyone should be able to shop regardless of how they look and be treated with dignity and respect and be helped to the best of your abilities. Unfortunately today I did not complete a purchase at the local store and chose to shop elsewhere for my event. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

The clothes are fine. The employees are hyper-attentive to an off-putting degree, presumably because of out of touch management chasing metrics.

This is a nice spacious location. It is easy to socially distance while shopping. I didn't have any interaction with the staff. No one welcomed us into the store. However, I can say they keep the store clean.

Awesome help from Kathleen. Knocked off a star because they don’t stock any clothes in XXL; online only. Store was able to order and ship to my house. Where’s the love for the big guys :)

They have nice clothes…the workers are really nice and intentive. Would recommend if your budget is close to $90-$200 if not steer clear.
