The lady that did my taxes was unprofessional in my opinion very low cut dress on and was not organized at all!!!!first time coming to Jackson Hewitt and it will be the last I got charged 454 dollars for them to do my taxes never again!!!!

Listen last year I went to a another preparer to do my taxes, and let me say this it was the worst decision of that year. It was such a bad experience that it put me in the hospital for 3 days and gave me two more ulcers. I should have just came back to you guys it would have save me a whole lot of time and energy. never go here again the tax prepare monique is so ghetto and beyond was vaping the whole time during my return was trying to sell edible weed candy and snacks then paid my loan money to her from the previous year and she said she could get me the whole refund advance and i only got 1200 the lady is a whole scam and will never use jackson hewitt again and will not recommend anybody to go to her unless u want irs fraud jackson hewitt needs to do better hiring beside just putting anybody behind the desk calling them a tax pro

We were treated rude and then found out they filled out taxes with pay stubs and three weeks left in the year and then they keep giving me the run around about when we could get our taxes back I have tried for two weeks or longer to get in touch with a supervisor and no one calls me back can't get a good name or number definitely won't be going to Jackson Hewlett next year and definitely won't recommend any of our friends to this place

Day before my appointment lady I met was real nice and professional. Day of my appointmentbit was a different story. She was very rude and impatient. Had a family member that came in and was more concerned about her families need than the customer with the appointment
