Najma was awesome! No complaints with her customer service! She was very nice and professional! But the fees are way too high!!!! They take way too much out for fees! But great service and she educated me. They definitely need to fix how high the fees are or they will continue to loose customers.

Please can you reach back. I filed tax return with you guys 2 times. The post-service is very bad. I tried to reach at you concerning getting my Form 1040 2020 and 2020 Ohio IT 1040 documents because you do not give them the day we fill the tax return with you guys. You say we going to send it to you after, but you do not. I keep calling and texting no reply. Please fix that. This experience is making me not to fill with you next year.

This process not only took forever, but costs way more than it's worth. I was always the one calling my tax preparer when it should've been the other way around. When I came to finalize taxes, she wasn't even there. Instead, her supervisor was complaining loudly to another co-worker about how bad of an employee she is. Tax preparer aside, they did not do much to try and help me with my tax situation. I had to bring up every deduction and make sure they weren't cutting corners.DO NOT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT

This was our first year having a tax pro do our taxes for us. We are super thankful that we decided to go with Jackson Hewitt. Yulanda was helpful, efficient and easy to work with, even stayed late to finish everything up. We are so appreciative!

I came in Jackson Hewitt and did my taxes I was gone have to go take uber to get my w2 but bill bridges helped me so I wouldn't have to do that I really appreciate how nice he was .
