My car was making a sickening noise that literally could be heard from a block away and I knew it wasn't going to be good. Unfortunately, JAM couldn't fix it because it was one of those situations where Buick won't sell the parts or tools needed to independent mechanics. Nevertheless, Jo took the time to explain the problem to me and told me what to expect in the way of pricing from the dealer. It was hard to hear, but she was so kind and sympathetic that I almost felt bad for her because I could tell how much she wanted to help and not have to turn me away. She was just great - very knowledgeable, honest and generous with her time. And she didn't even charge me for the time spent diagnosing my car. You don't find that kind of service much anymore, so I wanted to call her out and let her know how much I appreciated her. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would most definitely do business with JAM again. Highly recommend.

Jam Shop has ABSOLUTELY won us over for all of our car repair needs! This crew is talented and trustworthy. Jason is a mechanical magician. Jo is a great communicator. They fill us in on the details of the repairs and they do excellent work every time. We are always satisfied with the price and we appreciate their honesty and customer service skills. It's also great that the repair shop is in a safe neighborhood! Not every shop is upstanding and we are happy to find our people!

I highly recommend The Jam Shop to anyone looking for honesty, exceptional quality and reasonable pricing for auto service and repairs. I’ve been using the Jam Shop for all of our vehicles for the past 10 years. Jason and Jo are the nicest, most honest and hardworking people I’ve ever dealt with in the auto service industry. I saved thousands of dollars over the years compared to what I would have spent for identical services at dealerships. Our adult children now use The Jam Shop exclusively as well. Please don’t hesitate to call them the next time you need a mechanic. You won’t be disappointed!

Great company! Impeccable customer service! We have taken our vehicles to them multiple times. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We recently had to have some very intricate work done that multiple other shops turned down. Not only did they do the work but they were honest and didn't overcharge us. 100/5 stars!

Took my vehicle to the dealership to get inspected. They told me I needed a new catalytic converter with a $2300 price tag. The following week took it to JAM and Jason found the problem within 5 minutes. Long story short it wasn't my catalytic converter. Cost me $600 now my car drives flawlessly

Long overdue review…the folks at JAM Shop Auto Repair are absolutely wonderful! On 1/2/24 I was leaving Columbus and headed back to Maryland - a nearly 5 hr trip. My vehicle started making a grinding noise. I called a couple places, and JAM told me to bring it right over and they’d work me in. Driveshaft and bearings were shot. If the part they received had fit, they would’ve had me back on the road that day. The lady in the office was in constant communication with updates. They went above and beyond to get me on the road early the next day. Bonus: They are dog lovers and had a gorgeous pittie girl in the office. I can’t thank them enough! Excellent work at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. 1000/10 recommend! If you’re in the Worthington area and experiencing car trouble, go straight to JAM!
