The people working at the JC Penney Warehouse Logistics Center in 5555 Scarborough Blvd, Columbus, OH 43232 are the worst crooks & liars. Shame on you. You are the worst of the worst. My experience with JC Penney has been the worst, horrible, nastiest experience in my whole life of ordering anything!! I ordered $306.43 worth of kid's clothes, Order #2025149513435273, most of the items weren't in the package and the invoice shows it was, they lied with the weight. I was charged for 35 items that I didn't received!! Don't buy anything from JC Penney, they will rip you off. That is why they are bankrupt. Because they like to screw people!! Their customer representatives are useless as well. They do not help with anything.

J c penney's in general has been the worst horrible nastiest experience in my whole life of ordering anything!! This is an understatement. I ordered two pillows a month ago!! And still have.
Not received them. I've called the customer service line multiple times and with my two multiple times!!!! Each time I told it was coming then. When I tried to cancel it, they said they cannot. They kept pushing out the days to cancel so now. I will not receive not only my pillows but I can't get my money and you back again for another 10 days when they promise me 2 weeks ago I can cancel when they did not show up. This has been a nightmare and I've never seen such poor poor customer service. In my whole life, nothing has been done to fix it. They don't care to fix it. And I've never had customer service. Lie to me multiple times!! At this point I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.
