First time here, great staff extremely knowledgeable, plus had everything we needed in stock. Just passing through Columbus so we decided to stop try on some safety equipment, huge thanks to Mr Craig for his help, now we’re going home to NC with everything we needed. Just wish there was a Jeg’s in western NC.

Numerous phone calls and emails with NO answer/response. Ordered part a month ago. No idea when it will ever arrive. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Order for radiator, electric fan, fan controller, and trans cooler. All items listed as same day shipping. Paid extra for next day shipping. everything but the radiator showed up the next day. 2 weeks later i'm still waiting on the radiator.
