“I was in a state of “EMERGENCY”!!! I had a flat while driving. I rode on my tire until I located Katz Tire Shop/ directed there by a cashier at the shell station /corner of Alum Creek & Livingston Ave. He pointed me in the right direction. I limped my SUV down to KTS and got a tremendous blessing. They were definitely “Angels in disguise”.

“I had broken motor switches for both the passenger and driver side windows on my Jeep Cherokee. Rob got me in the next day. Called me with pricing options and had my Jeep fixed the same day! What I truly appreciated was Rob’s honesty. He could’ve gouged me on pricing but was fair. Even said he could fix 1 switch for the time being and come back later to fix the other one. They also fixed my fog light that had burned out and again, really fair pricing! I’ve taken my Jeep to Chrysler Jeep several times and have always had to take it back because repairs weren’t done correctly! I can’t say enough kind things about our experience! Go see Streamline!!”

“I'm a long time West Side resident but have never needed the services of Mad Hatter until today. I have always heard that they were honest and affordable, and now I can say first-hand that it's all true.
They inspected my car and give me a $250 quote (amazing already), then called me back when they started the work with a revised price of $175!!
No upselling, no misrepresentation of the severity of the issue, just honestly, integrity, and and a very fair price. Oh, and FAST too! I dropped the car off at 8AM on a Monday with ten people ahead of me, and it was repaired less than TWO HOURS LATER.

“What an exceptional experience we had at Kraft. My wife had accumulated a couple of parking lot dings and scuffs that we wanted to repair. After discussing with the Jaguar dealer he recommended a different auto body option that was “Jaguar certified” (aka bend over and prepare to take one). The estimate was more than expected.
Searching other shops I saw the positive reviews on Kraft. We took the car for an estimate. The estimate from Kraft was considerably less than that of the other shop. We picked up the car a few days later and the work was outstanding! Additionally, it appears they took the time to proactively review the rest of the car for stone chips which were also repaired.

“Really good people!!! From NY Buffalo was down there for sonic temple. Had a tier issue. Stopped in talked to the guys. Pulled car in shop had my tire off and found the problem in seconds. Thought I was going to need a new tire to get home was my stupid valve stem. All in all I was in there shop for at most 20min. Was saved sooo much money well over 70$ for what a tire can cost.

Pretty darn fast. Price i feel was a good price for a service call. Matt was the tech that took care of me. Matt was fast professional and gave some helpful advice to a new owner operator.
