The bourbon butter pecan and honey and pistachios are just out of this world. Did you know her ice creams are not egg based? Did you know her vanilla comes all the way from the continent of Africa? As you can see I’ve said her a couple of times. This incredibly successful multi location ice cream shop is owned by a woman. I remember when it was just one tiny little shop in the short north market with Jeni herself doing it all. Try the brambleberry and goat cheese in the summer. Also take note, with Jenis ice cream, what it says as the description is exactly what it taste like. So if you’re not that enamored with particular flavors then don’t get that particular ice cream.
