Deceptive Practice of over charging the customers, when caught, fudging the figures to justify the final bill. Guy Name Zack , charged me 483$ for , oil change, transmission oil flush and tire rotation! That is after $26 coupon rebate.Go figure. Plus this place should not be called jiffy lube , it should be called " Lazy Lube " the kind of time I had spent at this place just for a oil change !

Never had any problems with my vehicle went into getting an oil change later That night I had a coolant light come on so I take it back to them and now they’re saying is my water pump so how do I go from an oil change to having a coolant problem within four hours of their service

LADIES AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Feb 15th I went to this location telling them I needed new spark plugs. They give me a receipt and ask me to sign. The work was priced at $656… I left because I knew they were over charging me. I went to Livingston location and they told me they can’t replace my spark plugs bc my Buick has 6 cylinders and not 4. I went to a mechanic today and got my car fixed for $60. They WILL try to scam you.

Didn’t have windshield wiper blades to fit my car (I need to have done by a Subaru dealer instead) and have extra fees for service I had done (disposal of inside car air filter $8) jacking up price. Nah

Came out to get an oil change, December 14th. Next day noticed passenger head light out. Not sure how they missed. Came back on Monday, to get bulb replaced. Sat over an hour while Zack, worked to replace. Told, he couldn't replace and that I should go to the Dealer. Never have I ever been told this because I've had bulbs replaced here all the time. Very disturbed by this 😡

I’m not even sure how to describe the incompetence and lack of customer service at this location. I stopped by this morning to get air in my tire as it was flat when I left my house. I pulled up and a gentleman came out with the air hose and was about to check for me (I just asked to see the number because I wanted to make sure it held, didn’t need anything else done). The manager, I’m assuming, tells the guy to pull my car in, so they do and then the guy goes to air the tire. Thr manager says go work on the other car. Leaves my car sitting there. Then the manager continues to stand right next to my tire that needs checked for about 4 minutes, making me stand out in the cold. He didn’t even touch the tire. I said hey man can you please just check it that’s all I need. He told me to wait.
So basically this manager wasted 7 minutes of my time for what would have been a 10 second air check performed outside.

I went on a very busy day so I had a little wait. Once they got to my car it was pretty quick. They were friendly and helpful. I miss the coffee they used to have while you wait. I will return in a few thousand miles.
