I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they texted me and asked me to. I’ve been a customer of theirs for 20 years and I’ve never had any significant car issues related to oil changes, And if you know how to handle it, they do a good job. They always accept a coupon for somewhere between 10 and $25 off of the oil change. Like any place they definitely try to upsell you, but that’s OK if you just say no.
However, this last time I went, I was given a certain price for my oil change with a synthetic blend. And I was told to get my windshield wiper replaced there instead of AutoZone across the street because it would be cheaper. At the end of my service, there was an eight dollar Shop supplies fee. I would be totally fine paying this however I was not happy that I was given a specific price for the total, Upgraded to a synthetic blend rather than conventional because of said price, And then was given a different total at the end without being told.
In addition to that, the rain X windshield wiper Was $10 more expensive I went across the street and checked AutoZone, So that was just a flat out Y which really pissed me off.
I think this was one sales person doing a terrible job and being dishonest, amongst a bunch of hard-working typical oil change up selling type of place. I’m not recommending against it, but I think they deserve two stars for allowing that sales person to do a bait and switch and just flat out lie about pricing.

Brought my wife’s car in with a flat. They inspected and determined it needed 2 new tires. Didn’t have them in as they had to order them but called a few local shops for me and let me leave the car while I went and picked them up. Very helpful group!

Greg was excellent. Clear explanations given when asked. Happily reviewed a receipt from some transmission work I had done and determined the manufacturer recommendation had recently been met and did not need to be redone.

This review should have happened several months ago but I waited until now to figure out the full details of the issue. I took my car in to have the oil changed. They asked about a tire rotation which I did. Everything was fine during the process. However, afterwards I noticed almost a grinding noise coming from the back left. Took it back in shortly after since it started directly after them doing service. They test drove it, heard it, then took the tires off, said they couldn’t find out. Then proceeded to send me to another location only to be told “yeah we hear it and it’s definitely something with your tire but we don’t know. We can replace it but you’ll have to pay for everything but honestly it’s not an issue to worry about. You’ll be fine.” I left that day. Finally got enough money together to get it in to a different place. They take two looks at it and figure out that I have a bad wheel bearing and the left wheel brake caliper is grinding into the wheel and has created a 1/4 inch gash in my rotor. So now I’m replacing a wheel bearing and brake pads and rotors. I’m frustrated that their service potentially did this. I’m even more frustrated that several techs seen that tire off and didn’t say anything. They had me out here driving on a bad wheel bearing and a rotor that could snap. Needless to say, I will never be going to these “quick oil change” places. I will pay the extra money and go somewhere with those who will actually tell me if something could possibly kill me.
