I went to Jiffy Lube on Morse Rd. I was told it would be $74.99 - $26 coupon +tax. My bill was $70.32 and that’s with the coupon taken off and I didn’t get anything extra. I asked how was my bill that much and he said taxes. I told him it definitely wasn’t taxes. I looked over my bill and I was charged extras. Also, under comments it had that I have a check engine light on and I have no lights on the dash. A transmission leak which I don’t and an oil leak which I don’t. I wasn’t impressed and lies were told under the comments section. I won’t be going back.

All I wanted was an oil change. I get tired of being told I need 15 extra things done to my vehicle. The cost of just an oil change with a $26 coupon was still $98. Just ridiculous!! Last time to Jiffy Rip Off !!!

Horrible service they destroyed my transmission and by not putting the things back in properly and then I got stranded with my family in New York then the jiffy lube in New Jersey found the mistake because the part stuck to the frame thank God and now when I go to a different jiffy lube they turn down my oil change when they are the ones that caused the issue and since they had to get me a new transmission now black ball me and my family from Jiffy lube that's beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Yes they are other companies however you made a mistake on it an correct the mishaps so this doesn't happen to someone else and take care of the customer affected not make the customer feel embarrassed by being turned away for service like I did something wrong HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY

My car had an oil pressure alarm go off this morning and instead of going to work I went straight to Jiffy Lube down the street, they got my car in a few minutes before they opened at 8 and I was to work by 8:45, great service and they took awesome care of me!

After an experience I had at this location last year, i vowed to never return! I randomly changed my mind today, and i’m so glad that I did! Cam’Ron was kind, funny, and knowledgeable. They took excellent care of me and my Jeep and made me a returning customer once again
