I visited this place this morning for oil change but I was disappointed by the quality of service.
First of all although I arrived first and there was no other customer there they serviced 2 other customer's cars before mine.
They didn't reset the maint reqd light.
They didn't check the tire pressure and I hope they did tire rotation.

I was at the Bethel Road location in Columbus, OH, store number 1291 today. They severely dented the side of my car and claimed they didn't do anything.
It was not there when I took it in, as I had just checked tire pressures all around my car. Then, immediately following, they tried to get me to not look at one side of my car and there the huge dent was. Jiffy Lube needs to be responsible for this.
Please do not take your car to any Jiffy Lube. It is a horrible company.
The store manager Chris Johnson is extremely rude. It's pretty obvious he pays his friends to write good reviews as he kept claiming they have a 4.3 rating on here and are obviously so great. Hah!

I went to the jiffylube at 2730 bethel rd due to a tire blow out I went in and asked about service to get 1 tire lug nut off I went in he told me he would do it for 30 dollars it was no issues to pay I went and got the car because it was in Walmarts parking lot he told me it would have to be on there lot once I got back with the car my boyfriend starts to speak with him and try to explain the situation the front guy I’m not sure of his name (he was short with short hair and white ) starts being loud and aggressive for no reason and all we wanted was 1 lug nut off he says that we were trying to jack up our car all on his parking lot when that wasn’t the case we just wanted a lug nut off and we would move the car back to where it was originally and proceed to go get the tire fixed I had no issues paying the 30 dollars but it’s almost as when we got back there with the car he refused us service

Bold-faced liars. They insisted (pushed it heavily 4 times and would not relent until I pushed back significantly) that my vehicle required synthetic oil and had a convenient tablet with "accurate" info. Problem is they were dealing with someone who knows their stuff. Car geek. Also he had a slick method of showing me my "filthy" air filter. Except it wasn't my air filter. I could see my air filter in his other hand. It was like a magicians trick, slight of hand. WOW! INCONCEIVABLE! FYI: I have decades of car experience.

Charged $160 for an oil change and said the high price was because of covid😆, wtf. Dealer is cheaper. NEVER going back here.

While the customer service was very nice, and my oil change was speedy, my only complaint was that they asked several times for additional pricy services. The oil change itself was also ~50$ after discounts, but I believe that cost was worth it.

Didn't like that I didn't buy a cabin filter, so they just threw the pieces on the floor. Didn't fill the fluids and left all of the caps that could be opened, open under the hood. Didn't fill the tires. Lazy, face tattooed morons.
