Today I visited the jiffy lube at 161 and Sharon woods Blvd. as soon as I got out of my car the gentleman greeted me very politely and a big smile on his face. I went inside and the other gentleman greeted me as well and respectfully. The other attendant gave me a nice discount which lowered my bill down about $30, not a bad deal. Upon my departure the attendant sent me off with the greeting “here you go miss queen”. Lol now that was cute and fun. While waiting for my car I heard all the attendants laughing and cutting up. My thought was these guys are having fun and loving what they do. I thought they must have a good boss. I shared this thought with the attendant and he concurred with my thought. A good boss gets in the trenches with his team. It says a lot about him. Kudos to Jiffy Lube boss man.
Oh, I could have driven clear to Delaware for a free oil change but I was in a hurry so I opted for jiffy lube. It was worth the money and great experience. I am a business woman myself and employees should be acknowledged for their work. Thanks again jiffy lube. Karen Augustine

Eric I was at jiffy lube two days ago, and Eric took good care of me and my car! He did an excellent job, and gave me a nice discount! The customer service was out standing! I go there for everything!

I want to give this 5 starts because of my great service with Jiffy Lube (specifically 161 And Dublin Granville) today. I had great service with Eric today as he gave me coupons and made sure I was served good. His good service made me want to come back to this specific location. If you want great service, then come to this Jiffy Lube!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
