Walked in today and the store was a complete mess. The isles were bare and not stocked. The entire place was out of order. This was my first time going to this location and I would not go back. I walked out without buying anything.

The customer service in this store is excellent . From the security guard who will greet you to the in store experience with extremely helpful employees if one can't find something to the checkout experience if the order was placed online or buying in store.

Second time I’ve walked out without buying anything. Stock is in complete disarray, they’re clearly understaffed, which begs the question of what sad hourly wage they provide staff. All associates have always been pleasant but management needs to do so much better.

Portions of the sales floor are uninhabitable, this place is should be feature on the TV show Hoarders!I asked an associate how the customer is supposed to find anything in the mess and was told “that’s what we were told to do with it”.As I tried to find the items myself ( which were all on the sales floor ), another associate asks “Sir, please don’t touch that…” as if I have overstepped my bounds into an off limits area of the store.A conversation with store manager Emily, who stated that “the big pile on the table is enough to warn customers not to go back there ( the corner of the sales floor and the entirety of their frame inventory ) and acknowledged the situation as unsafe, despite there being a sign saying so. When I brought that to her attention, she said she had been on the phone “long enough” and said I could start an online chat to field my concerns.Luckily, I have already spoken with corporate and filed a complaint. Additionally, the company CEO will receive an email recapping my experience about how thousands of dollars or inventory is sitting on the sales floor, unavailable for purchase to the consumer. I’m sure shareholders would be interested in this as well.

We visited Joann store (4600 W Broad St. Columbus OH) and were so impressed by store manager Karen Filarski with her sunshine character and passion for customer service and innovative mindset.She greeted us in such welcoming tone when we entered her store that we felt so good! Karen is very passionate about new things to attract customers and benefit for store. We came from Japan and really felt that Joann is different through Karen's excellent hospitality. Thank You Karen!

We felt so impressed by store manager Karen Filarski starting from her welcoming greeting when we just entered the store. Karen has such positive and bright character and it seems that she has magic power to attract customers. Karen even treated us with some delicious cookies to welcome us from Japan. She wants to do more new and fun things for the store customers. She made us feel at home and we definitely want to come back!

I've been putting off fixing a couple zipper's on some clothes and Jo Ann had everything that I needed and some things that my kids really enjoyed. Their excitement lead to some other creative ideas and products that I wouldn't have known were here beforehand. I've got a lot of projects and things I can't wait to do as a family project. I can't wait to see what my kids create? And what new items they discover at Jo Ann's?? I've been coming to Jo Ann's since I was a kid, they always have the best selection of products and fabrics. I'll never forget coming to West Broad location to get white fabric to make a Halloween costume for my daughter 15yrs ago, they've been Great.

Today, Monday, February 27, 2023 at 12:10 p.m., I went to Joann, a store where I always buy materials for my work since I am a designer, I had a very, very bad experience this time since the security guard on duty persecuted me throughout the store as if I were going to steal an item, I lasted approximately 30 minutes in the store and he did not stop chasing me, it is a lack of respect for me, that man is a racist and abuser. I really pathetic that person.
