Terrible experience. Store is an absolute mess. Looks like it is the day after Thanksgiving. Associates were completely unhelpful - I was looking for something that showed as available online, but when they "have never heard of that before", they would not look it up on their system...telling me to look for it. Ledt after 20 minutes without any success. Thank goodness Walmart (next door), of all places, was well organized, and i could find things there. Very disappointing experience.

They wont answer the phone regarding an online order. Online it says several of an item are available but they just cancelled my order as out of stock!

Nov 6th, 2024. This is the trashiest JoAnn's I've ever been in. The entire store is dirty but the bathrooms are absolutely FILTHY! I will never shop at this location ever again!

Came here today on 11/26/24 because the other location said they were going to be closed until further notice. I specifically came to this location, as they had what I needed. I located an associate who seemed young but what putting away stock. I asked this employee if she could go into the back and get my item and she said “it is nearly impossible because of how messy it is back there. Nothing is labeled and I don’t know when it will be put away.”
Now I have worked in retail for 6 years myself and I know that is straight up BS to not even attempt to look for the item for a completely respectful customer. I then asked her two more times to go back and look for it and each time she would laugh and say she couldn’t.
I went straight up to the front and asked a manager and guess what? He got my item in three minutes. Like are you kidding me??? Do better and clean your store up!! It’s extremely dirty!

Awful location. The store is filthy and looks post apocolyptic. They didnt have the item I was looking for that shows is in stock, theres no one to help and everything else I looked at was ridiculously overpriced even with a coupon. I found 1 thing and thought it was $2 based on the price tag above and I always double check that I have the correct item and it rang up as $6 at the register and it was not worth the hassle to walk a mile back to where I found it.

Don’t bother with this location! The store should just close. Online order was cancelled because they didn’t have the items in stock like they said they did. The store itself is in complete chaos- more than 50 percent of the shelves were bare and boxes upon boxes of inventory was strewn about. And don’t get me started on how rude management is!

Typical JoAnn store. Understaffed, with a single cashier, had to wait forever and a day to get out. Every time I come into one of the stores I’m reminded why I just shop elsewhere online - it’s a much less frustrating experience. It is as though corporately the store does not value its customer’s time, as it’s the same miserable experience across every one of their stores.

The staff was fabulous and deserving of 5 stars. But my review is about the store. It is an utter disgrace. I do not know if corporate has given up on this location, is planning to close it, is ignoring it, or are simply trifling but the condition of this location is shameful. The majority of the lights were out, making it rather dreary. The cash register was freezing up, preventing transactions, The wall near the registers that used to hold cricuts and information about classes had empty racks. There was a lot of emptiness. The floors were disgusting. You could not tell we are in holiday season. It truly looks like a bottom basement thrift store.

I was in the Easton JOANN Fabric and Crafts and was not able to buy anything. The store was very dirty and had an odor that made me very nauseous. I was very disappointed.
