Very bad attention

Lack of basic athleisure fabric lack of service for it to be a big store you would think there be enough workers to at least be at the cutting bar. Other than that it’s ok

Worst part about the store is the checkout line, moves incredibly slow. Stood in line 35 minutes today.

What a store indeed from actual store management talking bad or about associates in front of customers to that store manager that looked like a muppet she had been rude to my mom and many others over the years “karma” finally came for joanns good riddance

This used to be my happy place. Now the employees have very little knowledge about sewing, there are probably 300 boxes of product that hasn't even been unpacked (since late December). The store is dirty and definitely showing wear. The sewing machine shop is almost out of machines. The notions wall and thread area are almost bare. This is so depressing and sad.

Only one cashier when 20 people are in line. When the manager walked by someone asked if she could help and she said no you will have to wait! Can’t imagine worse customer service.

It seems like every time I go into a Joann's I am reminded why I should not choose convenience over far superior small businesses. Today, I went in searching for an item that is clearly labelled as in stock in this particular store. Since it was low in stock, I was unsurprised to find it was not present in the location it should be. After walking around multiple aisles, I could not find a single employee to ask for help and had to succumb to asking the busy self checkout person where I could find this item. They said they could not show me where it was and pointed me to the exact location I had checked. After unsuccessfully checking again, I was forced to walk out without purchasing the item. Joann's is consistently unhelpful, infuriating and not committed to actually helping customers navigate its massive square footage. Shop small!!

I don’t know what is going on with Jo Ann’s as a whole but as a long time shopper it sucks to see the stores in such a terrible state. Boxes piled absolutely everywhere, nothing unpacked, impossible to see what’s on the shelves, and then there’s the fact that because these boxes are arriving en masse and being left un-opened, the online stock count is completely off. The shelves are barren but the website says there’s 12 in stock. Employees aren’t even bothered to help located items that the website says are available. Disappointing all around.

Not sure why Joann's can't hang on to employees, but if you come to this store, expect only 1 cashier (2 if you're lucky). I waited in line 25 minutes today and that's not unusual.
Also don't bother ordering online for curbside pickup. They never have enough employees any more to bring your order out. They'll be telling you to come in to get it and making you stand in line with everyone else to wait for it (instead of serving you at the front "online order pickup" register like they're supposed to). Defeats the whole purpose of ordering online.

I asked woman- worker about fix zip but she looked wrong ones. Like fix zip - new replace zip. The worker is not a good job. I ordered Amazon. Amazon is better than this. Sorry.

30+ people in line and one cashier. Tried calling and no answer. Waited 43 minutes to pay. People walked in and skipped the line to get online orders, which the one cashier had to stop and take care of. Poor experience.

This is my first Google review, and I felt I had to leave one to warn people what they are facing if they dare try and purchase anything from this store. I’ve been waiting in line for an hour, still a dozen people in front of me, and one cashier. She’s doing her best and I’m surprised the line is even moving as fast as it has been, but maybe that’s because so many people are bailing. I talked about the line issue with a woman at the cutting station and she said it was like this all the time because JoAnn won’t put more staff at the register. I would have left long ago if I didn’t particularly need this thing I’m buying for work tomorrow. I’m sad because I like shopping here, but will think twice about it in the future. If I could rate the fine people in line, I’d give them five stars for patience and positive attitude.

The line at this store is ALWAYS outrageous. I stood in line for 41 minutes. One person working the registers a week and a half before Christmas. I have left without purchasing any items multiple times due to the line. This time I was buying gifts and had to suffer the consequences. It’s unbelievable.

Line was twenty customers deep and there was only one person doing check out. This person also was answering the phone. It took around an hour to get through the line. Hire more staff!
