Went in for their discount oil change and the young lady working the front desk was very helpful and so was the mechanic who worked on the car. He even topped off my wiper fluid. I’ll be back for sure.

Left my Jeep with John's because nobody else seemed to understand the problem it was having. Took two weeks, but it seems to have been fixed. Price for repairs was reasonable

I've been to John's Auto twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. They're quick, friendly, and incredibly fair with their pricing. And Andrea is great to work with! They patched a tire on one visit and replaced missing screws in my underbody panel on another. Happy to have found a neighborhood auto body I can trust.

Took my early 90's JDM Subaru to the team at John's after I caused damage to the exhaust manifold while trying to change the O2 sensor myself. Incredibly tight work spaces, 32 years of rusted bolts, and the unfamiliar nature of a right hand drive import made it a terrifying situation. Their mechanics had the manifold removed - without a single damaged stud - the sensor bung repaired and everything back together in a day. For a great price to boot.

Brought my Jeep in to figure out what was wrong with it. They explained to me every detail on what was wrong with it, it was a timing issue. and was able to get it fixed very fast professional and very respectful, the technicians werehighly recommended Them & will be returning i went to 2 other shops. And they Both said it needed an engine. I'm glad I found a shop but I can fix a 3.6 l engine

Came here randomly because my car broke down on the way to school and they looked at my car for me. They are personal, friendly, and communicated with me quickly. They didn’t do any work on my car, but looked at it quickly and treated me very well.
