My son and I needed a suit for a funeral. We visited several other stores and none could offer what Jos A. Bank could. It had everything we needed and the store manager that worked with us was excellent. He has been in charge of the store for about 4 months now, so if you had a poor experience prior, you may want to give it another shot. I wouldn't think twice about returning.

Why 5 stars? It was a Saturday morning and I needed/wanted to rent a tux for a fun 80's prom event. It was busy and there are only two people; but I got in and out relatively quickly and the staff did a great job of rotating to take care of everyone.The tux fits like I would expect from a rental. I was looking for a costume for the event and I found it. If I wanted to look bonkers great; I would buy a higher end tux or suite in line with a budget.Everyone has a budget or a price they want to pay for something; I felt this location delivered with the service people are looking for at this price point.

I loved the staff here all the young men was very helpful. My husband needed shoes for a wedding so we were recommended to come here. The first thing I asked was where are the chairs or benches to try on shoes, we was they were removed ??♀️. How are people suppose to try on shoes with no chairs. SMH..thank God we came close to closing time on a Sunday.

Was simply returning an online order. The gentleman taking care of me was extremely pleasant and handled my transaction quickly and professionally. I usually order online, but after my experience at this store, I think I'll do any future shopping at JAB in-store!

Horrible experience while trying to rent a tuxedoMy goal was to get measured and pick out a style tuxedo for my wedding, which is July 2024. I have little to no experience shopping for tuxedos so was hoping to receive advice, or any information about the general process.I arrived at noon with my mother, grandmother, and fiance. We were not acknowledged at all and had to find someone to tell them that we had an appointment. They sat us in the back and did not attend to us until 12:20 PM. Jessica, the woman in charge of helping us with the reservation, then simply asked us why we were there. I explained to her that I was hoping to rent a tuxedo for a wedding and she handed me a book and pretty much just asked "what do you want?" It would have been nice if she had smiled or even said congratulations. I explained that I was very inexperienced and needed a lot of help and advice.Her response to pretty much every question was "I mean it depends, it's really whatever you want/like." We were trying to pry anything out of her. My mother asked several questions as well (what are people doing now? What are some styles you recommend?) Again, she seemed very uninterested and also uneducated about the whole process. On top of that, every 10 minutes she would walk away to help with other customers (I guess she was the only one in the store responsible for handling return orders).When that happened, she would leave another woman in charge of us who simply would just sit on her phone. We would walk up to her and ask incredibly basic questions (for example, "what is the difference between this jacket and that jacket? Are these styles typically paired together?" She would literally shrug her shoulders and look back at her phone. Jessica would return here and there and flip to a random page of shirts and point and say "here's your options" and then walk away.They were all unhelpful and uninterested in helping us. They then told me that they were not going to measure me, as typically you do not get measured until closer to your date. We eventually were so frustrated and wanted to leave. She then did measure me and apologized for the poor service. Again, I understand that stores can be busy and understaffed but this was the worst service I have received in my life especially for someone who does not know what he wants or even what he is doing. I went to the store to get advice or even a recommendation and it was like pulling teeth to get them to say anything other than "here's your options, what do you want?"So unhelpful and a very frustrating day. We left there after 2 hours. A complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Never written a one star review until now. I took returns to this location and was told by the manager I needed to go through the website to submit a return rather than look up my account. What is the point of a customer account if this is the case? I stood there for 10 minutes and did that task as she impatiently waited for me to complete the hoop jumping. I took the remainder of my returns to Dublin location and they were helpful and used my phone number to complete the returns. I would recommend going to the Dublin location, much more pleasant and helpful staff.

Had an amazing experience here with Darell and Jessica. Helped us get a new suit for my husband. Very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely be coming back

We went in for my nephew’s first suit and Jessica was brilliant! She helped us get him set up with a suit, shirts, ties, a belt and shoes. She even showed the college boy how to hang those pants correctly. (Hopefully that lesson stuck!) She is amazing. In this world of self service, it’s nice to know there are folks like Jessica to help us navigate uncharted territory.

If i could give 0 stars i would. In a wedding party and the groom dealt with Justin at this location, called Justin to schedule and appointment to get things squared away, talked to him set an appointment for 11am. Show up at 11am and Justin wasn’t there. They didn’t haven’t anything in the store so they told me to go to Dublin.Go to the Dublin store, which was VERY helpful. There was a total out the door price for the wedding group. The Dublin store it was just a note in the system, not approved by anyone so they were unable to honor it. So because their store told me to go to a different store i was strong armed into paying substantially more by that’s store.Hoping someone can make it right.

I needed a wardrobe before heading out of town on a business trip. I ordered over $500 of in-stock/ in-store clothes the day before I left town. Arrived today and the store had not yet started pulling items. It had been a full 24 hours with nothing started. It seems like a very slow location. Very surprised three shifts of workers couldn’t get my order filled within 24 hours.The store lost my business - and I won’t return.

Picked up a tux here that I was measured for (poorly) in Colorado. Justin and Pam came to the rescue and got me all sorted out the same day in time for the event. Excellent service, give these folks a raise!

Horrible customer service. I couldn’t recommend this store less. Bought a suit weeks ago with minor alterations and cannot confirm if the suit is ready. I have called several times only to be put on hold and never have someone come back. Read the reviews below and look elsewhere before thinking about this store.

I'm sorry to have to give them 1 star, but my most recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I came into the store in April and asked for two suits from their separates collections. The grey suit was not a problem, but they did not have matches for color/size in the blue. I opted to let them order the missing separate, but when it came in, the color was definitely not a match. I decided to return it and get minor alterations on the remaining suit. After the promised date for the alterations came and went without a call, I called the store and was told all would be ready in a day or so. This was 3 weeks past the original date. I returned to the store over 4 weeks after the original date and my suit was not on the premises. I was told that it's over at the Men's Warehouse and I've been sitting in the store waiting for its return. I cannot recommend this store or Jos A Bank any longer.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced (except for one amazing gentleman)!! I have been to this location multiple times for fittings and rentals for my boyfriend, and each time is completely terrible. It is impossible to get any of the female workers in the store to help, and when they do they act like they could not be bothered to speak to you in the first place. There is one gentleman in the store, I am not sure what his name is, but he deserves a raise for having to pick up the slack for every other employee in there. 3 times now my boyfriends mesuremnts have been completly wrong (done by the girls), suits have come back with holes in them, and this gentleman has taken the time to stop what he is doing and remeasure him to make sure everything right and any mistakes corrected. If it were not for this employee I honestly think this store would be in shambles.
