2 years ago when I ordered product for my then senior, everything came in with her name misspelled. While Jostens corrected this, I was surprised to learn they sell your information. We received so may credit card offers and solicitations through the mail with my child's name spelled the way they initially spelled it. As I'm getting ready to order for my youngest I'm hesitant knowing what's about to hit my mailbox as a result of using this company.

Placed a cap/gown/tassel order on May 16 and paid Express Shipping so items would arrive on time for a brunch and a last-minute ceremony for my COVID graduate. Two emails later to our "supposed" school rep, to date I have received zero responses. I understand if there is a delay, but would appreciate a status email. Frustrating that there does not appear to be a general customer service email to use. Presently in the "on hold" queue. Wish me luck!

I won a free cap and gown for my high school graduation. Mailed in the information and received my set together. They gave me a mismatched cap and gown. The tag says that both should be red, but my cap is white, which is supposed to be for female students. I'm male and designated so on the paper. The package containing my cap and gown even says that the cap is red. However, the cap I received is white.

Absolutely terrible! I am appalled! I placed an order of a stacked tassel 2 weeks ago!!! I never even received a order tracking number! I called customer service, and all they said is that they didn’t have that type of information available. Graduation is a week away, and I was simply devastated. Also, the guy at the phone sounded like he hated his job.

I ordered my daughter a class necklace instead of a ring. I received a class ring for another child from another state. Customer service wasn’t helpful. 4 weeks later I finally received the necklace I ordered but never received the jewelry box I paid extra for. When I call to speak to someone they just keep transferring me to another person and nothing gets resolved. I have had nothing but a headache for this senior year experience with this company and I would not advise anyone to use them. They are a joke. The necklace was a cheap chain. I would have received better service and product at Walmart I’m sure. I only gave 1 Star because I can’t give 0.

Took money on an item of senior class clothing, never sent it. Does not reply to customer service email. When I called them, I was told they'd look into and call me back, they did not. I've never rec'd a refund either. How they have an A- rating is beyond me.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered my master's cap and gown. I was suppost to graduate tomorrow. However, we have had a death in the family and I am not going to be able to make my master's graduation tomorrow. I called Jostens and explain this to them and asked them if I could return the cap and gown, since I have never worn it. In addition, I explained to the rep that I am very unhappy with the quality of the cap and gown. It is very thin, wrinkled and very cheap looking. Plus it was $167.00! I was told that because I opened up the plastic it is now not returnable. How ridiculous is this? $167.00 For a very flimsy and cheap looking masters and cap down. This is not a quality product. The gown is so thin that it will not last more than A-day. And now I cannot return it even though I have a family emergency. The fact that I cannot return it (a-day before my graduation, so obviously it's never been worn), is just ridiculous. I would buy your cap and gown somewhere else, unless you want a very overpriced piece of nylon with a ton of wrinkles in it that you cannot return.
