Great customer service. I had been eyeing a specific shoe and color for a while and went into the store to buy. They didn't have my size available, but the store manager helped to find my size at another store and had them shipped over. He also helped me out with a discount. Very demure, very mindful.

Just when we thought Easton Journeys' Riyanna was the best they came with, today we were helped by Erik (with a K y'all). He had me in stitches with his comedic energy & made my feet feel welcomed (and didn't shame me for having wide feet either)! Thanks Erik with a "K"! GO CHECK OUT RIYANNA!!! I had one of the most awesome shopping experiences of my life yesterday! Riyanna took care of all my needs with a smile, a perfect personality, and tons of patience. She is such a pretty girl, too. Definitely perfect for a customer facing role! I'm a shoe-a-holic so I can really put a salesperson through some work...and I'm picky...and my feet are difficult for someone to impress. RIYANNA is the BEST! Make sure to ask for her by name!

Terrible service I stood in line for 30 minutes. It was only 1 lady with her kids at the register trien to connect to h&m WiFi so she could get a coupon but IT WAS NOT WORKING. Other associates were ringing customers up then would hurry up & walk away. Then another associate rung somebody up & again was trien to connect them to h&m WiFi which WAS NOT WORKING. I was literally second in line & watched 4 people get out before me. I will never come back here again. They literally acted like they did not see me standing in line.

Went in today with my two daughters when I say nobody spoke to us nobody spoke to us! Nobody acknowledged me and my children were there except one person who wasn’t even supposed to greet us. One girl just kept staring at us and still didn’t ask if we needed help. As soon as an older couple walked in they spoke so I guess they assumed we didn’t have any money but I had more than enough in my purse. I asked my daughter do we look like we don’t have any money or something? Never will I go in to that store again I will purchase my items online and not with that company. They were profiling us and it’s not ok and you are supposed to speak to all customers not ones you “assume” have money. That literally made me upset wow!
