I needed to return a pair of shoes and some socks I got that I ended up not needing. Staff was nice and money was returned to my card quickly.

I love this store because it’s clean, they always have a little bit of all the newest designs as well as the popular classic styles. It looks like a combo Journey Kids/Journey. It’s moderately sized, stuffed full of merchandise besides shoes like t-shirts, backpacks, jackets, etc. The salespeople are genuinely friendly and helpful. My favorite is Vans & Chucks and they ALWAYS have my size, even though i wear the most popular size in women’s that other stores sell out of fast!

Erik was amazing! Super helpful and patient with me being indecisive about some similar shoes. Even went out of his way to grab me a couple cute pairs in my size while getting the pair I requested. I ended up buying one of them too. It was extra cool because they weren’t something I’d pick out myself. But I loved them once I put them on. So I walked into the store with zero certainty about anything and walked out with 2 new pairs of shoes that I love. Thank you Erik!! Also solid Journeys location- good selection, clean store. All good!
