I had a great experience with JPS print shop. I called with short notice and they were very flexible with me to get my project done. They spoke with me to made sure they understood what I needed and were very responsive both via phone and email. Tracy was specially very good to work with. I am very grateful for their help!

I was referred to JPS Print by Mahogany Columbus. For my first business encounter and transaction, I am beyond impressed. Upon receiving my email inquiry, a representative contacted me right away. Then, they followed up after I wasn't responsive (I had a cold). After going over my order, they printed a complimentary sample of my order. The print job was excellent, and the pricing is reasonably competitive. I was able to pick up my full order within 48 hours. Excellent customer service.

I worked with Mark Herbertz on the design for some different T-shirts that I wanted made for a bachelor party. I could not be more pleased with how they turned out. Mark listened to what I had in mind and absolutely delivered it. I highly recommend Mark and JPS Print for any of your printing and design needs.

You got 1 star from me because you earned it. Last year, I came in, paid for & requested some prints. Your team gave me a time & date. The day of the event, your team advises my prints are not going to be ready. I had to get out-side intervention to get my prints 30 minutes before the event. Your team apologized.I decided to give you another shot. I called, a guy told me to e-mail everything over & he would contact me. 7 days later-no contact-nothing. I call back. A guy says has my e-mail & someone will call me. A woman contacted me on the Nov 23rd and SWORE a quote would be e-mailed to me. It's Dec 1st with no e-mail, contact, NOTHING.KEY BLUE PRINT GOT THIS TOGETHER IN 24 HOURS. SO.... THAT'S why I gave you 1 star.
