I was at work when my Iphone 14 Pro Max dropped on the floor and went black, I needed my phone to be fixed ASAP because thatâs what i use to work with, So i clocked out searched up this spot then i drove to it, I told the dude who took my phone about what happened then he responded by saying âitâll take 30 mins and it will be 150$â I tried to negotiate with him didnât work so then I said ill be back in 30 mins, I come back in 30 mins the screen was replacedI wasnât satisfied with the screen how it was replaced the dynamic island of the screen was so off my phone battery decreasing fast it wasnât until i brought it to them i talked to the dude about it they closed the store and was in rush so he said come back tomorrow morning I said okay i will so then i came back i told him about it claims that nothing is wrong with the phone when it clearly shows i tried being friendly and ask nicely to fix my screen and place it with the apple screen it needs he ends up saying it will cost extra 70$ it isnât my fault that you DID NOT communicate with your customers at first you couldâve told me it would be this bad quality black market screen i wouldâve jst end up taking it somewhere else.
