My sister's and I were christmas shopping. My sister likes some of Kate Spade purses so we stopped in. First, we were not greeted by the two ladies working Dec 16, 2022 around 5 in the evening. We were not assisted in anyway. Honestly, terrible customer service if my opinion. I particularly will not spend money at a establishment with such atrocious treatment. As, we left the two ladies just watched us leave until the door closed behind us.

Wonderful store. Looks small but has lots to offer. Amelia was a wonderful help while we were shopping! I 100% recommend this place above all the others I've been to.

Stopped in to see if they had a glasses case to replace mine that had sprung the hinge. The ladies there were fabulous. Not only did they have one but they GAVE it to me. I was already a Kate Spade fan, but this just solidified it for me. I have told everyone I know to shop this store. Thanks ladies.

I am so grateful I called this store to place my order. Sydney is amazing and was extremely helpful from start to finish. She definitely knows how to give excellent customer service. I will forever call her when I need to order a new bag.

Needed to purchase a last minute gift. I wouldn't shop at this location again though. I wouldn't have even purchased from here if the person I was buying for didn't love Kate Spade. I felt that the saleswoman couldn't be bothered to provide adequate customer service. Passively mentioning if an item would fit in my budget (twice) (I did not mention a budget to her), watching me walk the store, wrapping the gift with all of the foam and paper inserts in the bag/wallet. (Which i said was fine but I really just wanted to leave; I took it out and made it look nice later). Once I decided to purchase, however, her attitude shifted for a second. It was a very odd experience. I'm not bitter or boiling upset by any means, just giving an honest review.

I was in town with my wife for vacation. We made a point to come to Kate Spade since she is a loyal customer, having purchased many times over the last year online. We arrived to find the store closed less than two hours before closing with a sign saying they would be right back. 15 mins later two employees arrived to find four of us standing outside. No one greeted us or said anything other than “It’s going to be at least 15 more mins. Do you need something?” I mean; how would we know?? We came to shop and then couldn’t. No explanation, no apology. Rude and short. When we looked in the windows all we saw was a bunch of sale merchandise that we could have ordered online. We came to a physical store to see new items and then couldn’t even look at what they had. We left and spent our money at Tory Burch. Not a good look for Kate Spade.

I just went today in the morning and there were two young ladies that helped me with my new purple remedy bag because it got stained or discolored I’m not sure, but they were really friendly and helpful!!!!! I didn’t have makeup on or the fanciest clothes but they treated me like an important costumer. I love the vibe, the products and the employees you got there!! ❤️❤️?

Purchased a purse for $385. Used debit card. While paying the card reader said the transaction was approved but the sales associate said the it didn't go thru. My bank account was debited the $385. Kate Spade told me they would refund the $ but it could take up to 2 weeks. Its been more than two weeks and I still haven't been refunded. Manager Erica promises money back but can only tell me that I'll get it when ever it comes. Needless to say I'm Very disappointed!

I hate to give this a 1 star but I feel it's necessary. My husband bought me a clutch for my bday and I was really looking for a wristlet. I brought my clutch back to exchange with the tags attached and receipt 35 days after date of purchase. Come to find out Kate Spade only offers 30 days for any returns or exchanges..... needless to say both my husband and I were shocked about this. If my husband knew this he would have never bought the clutch in the beginning or just gone to Nordstrom's to see if they carried it. My husband and I always buy designer purses and wallets because of the warranty and customer service that comes with it. The manager was Nice enough to let me exchange however what I picked out was $100 less than the original item and she was not Willing to refund my husbands CC. Now I get it if I came in 90 days after date of purchase or the tags weren't attached but that was not the case at all. And she wasn't willing to make the exception. Even when my husband purchased the clutch the sales associate didn't tell him you only have 30 days to return/exchange this. And he told her this was a bday gift. So note to self I will never buy kate spade again unless MAYBE it's from Nordstrom's. And don't buy gifts for Someone from Kate Spade bc if you buy it in advance you'll be screwed. Bc like me I got it a week Ago and didn't have the chance to get our full money back! Very disappointing coming from such a high end and well known brand like Kate Spade..... I would like to update my review..... I sent an email to corporate about this not thinking anything would come of it but boy was I wrong. They contacted me asking for my information and what location it was. About a week later I got an email from Sydney who was the Asst store lead apologizing for the situation and told me to bring the gift card and receipt back and she would refund me my Money. When I got to the store she was very warm and friendly, apologized numerous times that this had happened and at kate Spade they try to make things right for the client. She was super sweet!!!! I told her the fact that corporate contacted her and she reached out to me personally to make the situation right speaks volumes and it does! I now have a much different outlook on Kate Spades customer service!! I am Not changing my review from a 1 Star to 5 star. PS I ended up getting the Sylvia large wristlet is blustery pink color and have gotten soooo many compliments on it! highly Recommend it.

It's a smaller store but very open and easy to navigate. We were greeted & enjoyed browsing the new items.

Used to be my favorite store. Service isn't great anymore. And highly disappointed on clothing. The quality is just not good. I'm tired of paying $600 for a dress whose zipper breaks the first or second time I wear it.

My wife loves this place but not this particular location. The prices because it's a huge new outdoor shopping mall are very high in my Opinions. Trust me solas your wives will find at least 1 or 2 things that they will just absolutely have to buy as you're walking around this mall and store. So do yourself a favor either don't come or bring lots on my cause you'll need
