Very unorganized. 11;06 and reps behind the counter are still counting their drawers. Up to 5 in line and one clerk left
My appointment was at 11..... 11:25 I was asked to come back. I need to come here for my 91 year old parents. But I'm sure they are doing the best that they can.

Horrible Customer Service!! Branch Manager Nikki has no respect of client. Been dealing with a mistake on their behalf since last year and she has no urgency. Once trust is lost what's left? Save your time and money and utilize a different branch..

Key Bank is terrible. They could have put me in a checking account that would not have charged me maintenance fees etc.. but they did not... slowly eroding at the money I had in my account. Why? They keep changing the names of accounts.. discontinue programs.. start different wines up.. I was out ( without my knowledge) in worst possible type of checking account.

I have been banking with KeyBank for YEARS. I have been quite satisfied with them until YESTERDAY! I go to check my online banking and come to find out the system basically charge alot of their customers twice for a single transaction. I then call the 800 number to see what was going on she then confirmed that some customers were in fact charged twice and they will be working to get things situated. While on the phone with an agent she also let me know that a previous check which I deposited into my account was read wrong and the system put more in my account than it should(this now PROBLEM #2). NEEDLESS to say Iam VERY frustrated at this point because not only are we in the middle of a pandemic, but it's the Holidays and my sons birthday is coming up. All my items which I ordered have to be reorder because when Amazon went to retrieve their money the account was insufficient due to an issue that had NOTHING to do with me. There is always money in our accounts. So for me not to have access to MY money is even more of an issue. I trusted this bank with my money and to be honest I feel like they have FAILED ME. Not a happy customer. Corporate needs to look into this, because how do you have a system that works some of the time? We are dealing with people money at a hard time like this OBLY cause chaos!

Horrible! I went to deposit a sizable check into my father's account for some money I owed him. The teller flipped the checked over and told me to sign it. I looked at him like he was crazy. You don't endorse a check on the back that you're paying to someone else!! If I'd been ignorant enough to sign it, what would've happened? How long would it have taken to discover the mistake?! When I told him that it's my check to someone else and that I wouldn't sign the back of it, he said "Oh", and didn't even apologize for almost screwing up my transaction. I was not amused. Key Bank, PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR BANKERS! That was a mistake of laziness and/or ignorance! You don't make avoidable mistakes like that with people's money. I'm glad I don't have an account there!

I had an unauthorized charge of $72.56 taken out of my checking account on March 9, 2018 which was a fee charged for an automated charge for a Safe Deposit Box I do not have. When I became aware of this error I went to the bank(Bexley branch) to straighten things out. A few days later I received a call from the Bexley branch telling me that they needed further information. Once again I went to the Bexley branch to give them what they requested. That was a week ago yesterday. Then, yesterday, I noticed my account still had not been credited for that amount so I went to the Bexley branch a third time. The Bexley branch manager told me the "back office" takes care of such matters and, besides, it hadn't been all that long(May 21, 2018) anyway, and then told me there had been a holiday in that time frame as well(excuses). I was told it would show up today(May 31, 2018). In the meantime, I was still displeased with the slowness of the crediting my account. So, I called Key Bank Customer Service around 5:00 am, and, to my surprise, was told by both the customer service representative and her supervisor that the delay of my credit was actually caused because the initial request sent by the Bexley branch employee had sent the necessary information to the wrong department. I was dismayed that the Bexley branch manager wasn't honest enough to tell me their Bexley branch had made the error. She had told me they had done everything according to procedure(apparently not). This incident, not my fault at all, has created unnecessary irritation and, in my opinion, displays a lack of interested, professional customer care by the Bexley branch.
