I see only negative reviews with less than four stars. My experience was very different with this location. My account was hacked and I went in to open another account. I called two other branches and didn't get an answer. This branch was the only one that answered. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and I was able to get my issue resolved.

Still cant use the account that i set up almost 3 weeks ago and cant even use the online.. corp tells me to go to branch to add my number and been there twice and was supposedly added my number and still… ive left work three times early for this… its hassle and havent even started using… even bank tellers are lazy these days

03/17/2021. I called this afternoon to see if I could get an appointment to open a checking account. The answer was they are OPEN indoors for customers. Please come right on over and you will be welcomed when you arrive. Thanks.

I have been a key bank customer at the north Hamilton road branch for almost 4 years and the people that have replaced who was there the first two years are horrible judgmentental and unprofessional. I was the victim of a scam and they said It would take a week for the branch manager to get back with me. The associate I talked to was very rude and condescending towards me. I am now banking with chase. They have 4 stars compared to key banks 2 stars. I am telling my whole family and making them bank somewhere else, on top of that I am a cashier and I will let everyone who banks with key bank how I was treated..

I signed up for a checking account with Key Bank under a promotion that said I would receive $300 if I followed certain requirements regarding usage and direct deposit. I followed the requirements and now they will not pay out the bonus. I have called multiple times and they said I'd get it on a specific date. When it didn't come, I personally went into the branch and they said they "fixed it" and it would come on another date. It still hasn't come. I asked to speak to a manager and I wasn't able to, they said they'd call me back and they never returned my calls. No manager returned my calls. I was also told it was escalated, but it most likely wasn't because the issue is still not resolved.
I submitted a complaint to the BBB and received an email from customer relations yesterday, saying they will "contact me in 2 days". Hopefully this is resolved by then.

Absolutely pitiful ! ATM malfunctions and only customer service is lies. An employee inside did try to help but didn't do much. If given the option I'd recommend another ( ANY ) bank. Unfortunately this is the one that gave my employer the best " deal " to handle HSA accounts. Now I know why. Can't even get some kind of supervisor on the phone ( 3 different calls with hold times of 8 plus minutes each time - I'm still trying to locate them, would you like to continue to hold? Kinda like trying to cancel AOL way back in the day. Wasn't even a lot of money either, just the point. Absolutely NO care or customer service. The panhandler out front is more polite and attentive.
