Great job fixing me and my son's 6 year old gaming PC that would no longer work for us. They restored it back to life again, as well as installing a SSD and more RAM in it. It works better now than it ever did before. Thanks KKCCW!!!

This place is probably the best computer place in town. You can get rebuilt and refurbished computers and their service department is excellent. I took my computer to several places in town and it was a Windows 7 and none of them can fix it I even had the motherboard replaced and one of the other places and it still did not work. But this place was able to fix it easily and even said it was something so simple, they didn't even charge me. I highly recommend them!

I can really appreciate this place. Microcenter and walmart our pretty much the only decent competitors excluding amazon. I dont like to buy online so i stick local. I hate walmart. at microcenter is 45 minutes away. this is a great alternative. ive been in there a few times for little tid bits here n there. they had a weird adapter that saved me a trip to walmart. for a competitive price. they have some good computers on display but i did notice they were pretty pricey for the hig end pcs. i know quite a bit and they have alot of prebuilt SI computers for sale at higher prices than just buying them from the original retailer. like microcenter best buy origin pc ect... they do have a good selection of normal monitors and cheap basic home pc the dell optiplex special at 50 bucks and they had what appeared 100's in stock they higher end stuff they were certainly trying to be close in price but i think they could do better, they had a floor model of some cool gaming chairs. marked at 250 i was like woah no thanks. than he said theyre on sale for 150 and that was indeed 19 bucks cheaper than amazon and then im pretty sure it was the owner that definitely hooked me up on something ive been looking for he said it wasnt for sale but everything has a price! and it was a good price we settled on. i promised him i wouldnt say lol but it doesnt matter dude was super cool knew exactly what i was looking for and they had it. thanks for saving me a trip to the west side and ps. walmart sux lol support local business!!!

Derek was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding when it came to addressing my numerous concerns and requirements. Initially, I attempted to fix my laptop by myself, but encountered multiple issues along the way. However, Derek remained patient and assisted me in diagnosing the problem right at the front counter. After careful analysis, we determined that my motherboard was most likely fried. Despite this, Derek advised against replacing it, as the cost would outweigh the benefits for me. Throughout my entire visit, Derek maintained his composure, even while fielding numerous questions and phone calls for advice from others. He managed all of this while simultaneously dealing with another customer who repeatedly came in, shouting at Derek for the damage he had caused to his own PC, which he had purchased from them just a month ago. I will definitely return for any future PC needs, as long as Derek continues to be employed. Thank you, Derek!

I've been coming here for years. Most recently to get the memory off a failed hard drive saved. So glad they were able to do this for me and at a fair price!!! ????????I will also be returning to build a computer for my children! They have great deals on computers, hard drives and monitors!

I Went here this weekend for a Laptop diagnostic and repair. For my Samsung Galaxy book and The employee was polite and knowledgable. My repair was finished the following day ! ...Oh yea and I bought an affordable desktop because I thought this repair could take awhile and I am very satisfied with my purchase as well ...thanks 7/24
