As great of an experience as buying a car could be. It took less time than the last time a bought a car, but I guess my fantasy of buying a car in less than an hour is just an impossible dream. Not a slight against Kreiger, or Carl, just an antiquated process; Carl was great, and the car is a blast. I’ll buy my next Ford there, whenever that may be.

Friendly staff and they were able to fix the problem for a reasonable price. They also determined my vehicle had several recalls that they addressed for me. It took three days to get the parts and complete the work, but Rick communicated with me every step of the way. I’ll continue to take my vehicle there for future issues.

States on website that no appointment is necessary for basic maintenance like oil changes etc …. Arrived and dropped off vehicle at 800 am and left vehicle. Returned at 600 pm to pick up vehicle, only to find that the work was not completed. No communication, status update and/or phone call. Unacceptable customer service.

They picked up my car and brought it back later that same day . They called me back and said that I could use another set of tires so I agreed to have them put on a new set of tires .

We purchased a Ford Gold Certified vehicle and were surprised to learn there was no physical owner’s manual included. We were told the manual is available through the in-vehicle app.
The Gold Certified inspection checklist specifically lists “Owner’s Manual,” and we reasonably expected a hard copy, not just a digital version. The app is not what we expected—we want to be able to flip through pages, quickly reference sections, and learn the vehicle without constantly navigating back and forth on a screen.
This may seem minor, but it detracts from the certified experience and did not meet our expectations for a Gold Certified purchase.

Purchased a replacement battery in August from Krieger. Had three battery faults in the past week. Took my vehicle to valley ford and they found that my battery was NEVER REPLACED. It’s December. I took my vehicle into Krieger to have it replaced properly after calling in. I waited 3 hours for the proper replacement to be done. Will never do business with Krieger again. 0 recommend

We have been customers of Krieger Ford for many years. We recently needed an oil change and inspection on our vehicle so we took advantage of their complimentary valet service and it was excellent. They picked up the car, performed the service and returned the car in a timely fashion. This is just another way that Krieger Ford demonstrates how they value their customers. Highly recommend Krieger Ford

Not great. Poor communication, two and a half hour late. Understand weather delays, but say something. Then late arrival based on notifications say done.

The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were friendly and courteous. The checkout process was simple and quick. The only negative aspect about my visit was knowing the Krieger body shop who replaced my driver side door neglected to do the recalls for the door which caused my door to not shut in below freezing weather. The service department identified it and fixed it without hesitation.
