Absolutely has went downhill quick. Shelves our empty, no produce bags to be found, and lines to the back of the store because they only have one set of self checkout open. The long conveyor self checkouts are the worst thing ever put in place by Kroger. Customer service desk is always closed. Prices have went up 50% on everything and they won't even staff the store properly. It has been my go to store for 5 years and I won't go back after the last few visits. It will be the one in Lewis Center or in Worthington from now on.

This is my least favorite Kroger, but had to go there yesterday because the other Kroger nearby was out of jalapeños. The produce and other departments were stocked better than normal, which was odd. Hadn't been grocery shopping in a while, so we ended up with a lot in the cart. Went to find a checker, and there were no lights on. What the heck! Then to the left of the check stands we see people putting their groceries on a long conveyor belt, and no cashiers or customer service to be seen! This store has gone fully DIY apparently. So with a cartful of groceries, we had to scan everything and bag everything ourselves. We had a lot of fruit and veggies which meant I had to look up almost everything because there weren't bar codes. It was time consuming and absolutely maddening. I have limited mobility, so thank goodness my hubby was there to help. We were both in a bad mood after we left because that was BS. We will never shop there again; except out of convenience for a few items. Their prices are high, and with customers having to do all the work now, their prices should reflect that. Not only that, but what ADA accommodations do they have for people who are disabled and/or have limited mobility? We saw nothing. That is unacceptable.

This is one of my favorite Kroger in Columbus! This store is Located at 1177 Polaris Parkway and is a solid store and almost every visit is a good one. It became a favorite while working in the area for years. I still stop in when in the area. I can't believe I have not left a review yet.The store is always clean and in order. Employees are friendly, and stocked pretty well. Ran in for some Diet Pepsi in the bottles. Saw on the app it was on sale and stopped in.

The Christmas Grinch has a name... Kroger in the Brewery District... I have been relying on their pickup and delivery service since my brain injuries, but this week they accepted an order for delivery on Thursday, then moved to Friday, then moved to Saturday, then cancelled without notice or offer to reschedule. (I know, you might be thinking it's due to weather, but they are fulfilling orders placed after mine and in fact they can't even find my order now, and weren't interested in order # or screen shot). The multiple people I spoke with on the phone (including management) had zero interest in helping and some didn't even know Kroger offered delivery. They also had zero interest in any solution, even a pick up order before Monday. My physical limitations were also of no interest (by the way, don't rely on using an electric cart at that store...they are usually all taken by able bodied "joy riders") I'm trying to serve a few people for Christmas Eve and can't drive or Uber to Kroger and do it myself due to physical challenges and they won't even offer to set up a pick-up. They could care less. May the Universe reward them justly, and may the people I spoke with tonight find it in their heart to rejoin the human race. Oh and I'm a paid Kroger "Boost" member, so what I have described is their "premium" level of customer service.

Placed a pickup order and our receipt had no substitutions listed. When we unpacked our order we found 5 items substituted without our knowledge, and we had no opportunity to dispute or deny the substitutions. I called the store to get a refund for the items I didn't order or want, and was told that the managers are not informing customers of substitutions to boost their internal metrics which is terrible. Very unfair that I had to pay for items that I didn't want so those jackasses can look better to corporate.

Average grocery store. Nothing special. Checkout card reader had trouble taking my credit card but took debit card instead.

Worked at this location for a few months and let me just say: The management at this location is trash; particularly the head store director Ashley Mead. She came off nice in the beginning but as soon as she found that me and my partner (who is a guy) was working in the same department, she colluded with corporate to make our lives a true living hell; harassing us to the point where I really could've gotten a discrimination attorney on her and had her in so much hot water if I chose to.Even going as far as going through a supervisor to deliver a threat to fire both of us (Can't even deliver your threat to my face, such a coward) So me being the person I am, I didn't give her the chance. No way was I going to let some over privileged, tunnel-visioned piece of shit excuse of a "manager" think she had control of anything when it comes to me. So I just secretly got another job and then just stopped showing up and that was that.Miss Ashley,Word of advice.Worry about struggling to keep your own skeletons tucked in the closet rather than worrying about people who have been out of the closet for quite some time.I can't wait for the day corporate really finds out how of a piece of shit this Ashley really is and I hope when it rains, it storms and pours.

Okay, this is the closest Kroger to us. I do enjoy the sushi here from from time to time as well as the rotisserie chicken. They do have good pizza as well, my son seems to really enjoy it. It's nice that there's a small floral section..Granted, it's not as big as the other Kroger I like to venture to but it's close, convenient and just down the road.

Trump seems to be rallying his minions to go to public places like grocery stores with no mask carrying groceries around waiting for someone to report them to the store mgmt all while chasing customers up and down the aisles muttering Trumps stupidity about “not wearing a mask” while sounding like a robot..well that was exactly what happened out at the Kroger on Polaris tonight.. 2/17/21..management was alerted and this man was allowed to continue to run around the store maskless shouting at people, while store staff laughed.... businesses must be vigilant and so must their staff and consumers who care about public health and safety.. needless to say this is one customer who will take their business elsewhere and encourage friends and family to do the same..

Just got gas at the station. Needed the receipt but pump did not give me one. Went over to the booth. Booth register was not working so attendant could not give me a receipt. You would think the attendant would add receipt paper to the pump or at least put up a note about no receipts but neither happened.

Kroger can you help me understand why you have no help at 10:00pm at night for people shopping. Not everyone can do self checkout when you have a full cart. No one was able to help and they had one person upfront. I wasn’t the only one with a large cart and the poor woman was so busy with us she couldn’t help anyone else anyways. You should always have one lane open!
There isn’t even enough room to bag the groceries without having to use your cart which makes the checkout system stop!
Not a good shopping experience at all!
