I've shopped Kroger stores around Ohio for 4 decades and this one at Eakin Road and Route 62 in SW Columbus is the only really bad one I've ever seen: no cashiers at their stations even an hour after the store opens, the self-checkout stations you're forced to use are backed up and constantly break down, aisles are continually blocked by employees stocking shelves - sometimes completely blocked, many shelves are frequently bare or have only 1 or 2 items - even name-brands, aisles frequently have packaging waste all over the floor, etc., etc. The only reason I shop here is that it's close to home and opens at 7am. I've sent 'feedback' on the deplorable conditions of this store to Kroger's corporate office for many months now and have not seen any of these problems fixed - all of which can be fixed easily and quickly. That they are not, even when confronted with shoppers' complaints, doesn't say much for Kroger or this particular store's management...

This has been the worst customer service experience the store #587 Short North 1350 S. High St. Columbus ohio Krogers charged my healthy benefits card 73.51 but had to rer-ing at different register so she canceled the transaction and credited my healthy benefits card at customer service said they refunded it but never days and many hours later the store referred me gift card number which was incorrect. After finally using customer care chat from 1:30 - 4:30 she told me to return to store. I ask her to hold while I confirm with store. Again store told me they couldn't help me... when I returned to chat to tell her this she said to call another number and promptly hung up. Don't go here ever. The horrific zero accountability zero! They still have 75$ and never refunded it.I have a disability and am very limited income. This is a large part of my food budget. Stay away from this store Aldi or Giant Eagle but NEVER Kroger!!!

i went in today against my better judgment and was as disappointed as ever. COVID prevention measures are widely ignored. About 1/3 of the customers were unmasked. I saw one employee with no mask and a security guard with the mask below his chin. It reminded me why I don't go to this Kroger any longer. I'm a long time customer, having attended the grand opening many years ago. I prefer to drive another 15 minutes to a grocery where I feel safer. Also, there's no attempt to sanitize carts which seems to be common practice at most groceries.

this store has recently been remodeled. I have shopped here for almost 20 years and have to admit there have been numerous problems, from indifferent and sometimes rude management, disorganized shelves. handicapped scooters not maintained or recharged. sloppy housekeeping. I questioned why this store seemed to be an orphan store and was told years ago that because of its location and it was leased upgrades were not considered top priority. This store has one saving grace.. the cashiers, baggers and stockers have always been polite and helpful. I have noticed recently that Kroger has done quite a bit of remodeling and the store has had a major clean up. I only wish they provided delivery.

Management plays games with their employees. Ask them where the "heroes bonuses" went and how they treat employees w/disabilities. This store on Eakin Road has the worst reputation in the city. They need a real management team, instead of letting red coats make decisions they haven't been trained to make. Watch the manager Myron (sp?) Been there long time and doesn't understand legalities or doesn't care if hurt employees are hurt even further while employed.

The cashiers at the uscan accuse ppl of stealing without evening actually seeing that they did. Happened to my sister n law & they should of felt stupid when she showed them the receipt and not once did they apologize to her for accusing her. Debbie and Michelle are their names! i think both need fired!
