Update your hours or allow prepay at the pump 24/7. Tried 4 days in a row shortly after 6 with no success.

I want to start by saying I think the staff and store overall are great and very nice and professional. But there are 2 areas that while minor always make me angry and never seem to change. 1. Posting/Marking Sale items and amounts is always Horrible! The number of times I have seen a sale item and grabbed several only to be told at the register "Oh there is a limit of "X" number per customer" is numerous, and seems like a minor thing. Is super annoying and embarrassing to have to either try to ask the cashier why "isn't marked" or it "doesn't say that on the sale sign." Then the cashier gets huffy and has to get a manager who the. Explains " Oh we don't post it but that is our Policy." Why don't you post it then? So people can follow your rules and not have to argue about it? But if you go to the Kroger less than a mile away they clearly mark max limits on a sale so no arguing or accidentally grabbing too many of an item And having to deal with the power hungry cashier and manager enforcing what seems to be arbitrary limits or rules, even after I show them there is nothing posted for someone to follow. 2. To me the most annoying thing after an interaction where I am dealing with a cashier or manager where I have had a disagreement with previosly, they try to make up for or explain away what happened previously. I have heard from more than one Cashier over the last several years something to the effect of "oh Hi so I am just doing what I am told to" or "Oh so you're not arguing about something this time" with a smile trying to be funny or seem tension cutting for this new interaction. Or give an explanation of why they did what they did or their story about why they did what they did. Which has the exact opposite intended effect to me then the employee intends. I always suddenly feel like I am marked as "That argumentative customer" or the guy who I was the "mean arguer. I am probably being too sensitive and not letting things go as quickly as I should but these 2 points just have surface 3 times in the last 2 years and every time I feel like a j*** for even being a person maybe I am the problem patron but I do feel like this store has a serious need for better signage and a staff that seems less concerned with trying to always trying to notice "Oh hey I remember you and that one time."

The large selection is nice, that's about it. I recently started going to this Kroger since I moved. I liked the larger selection than my old Kroger but noticed the quality of the food and the staff are nowhere near that of the location on Bridge st. I did grocery pickup at both locations and never had an issue at the old location. I could honestly write an entire in depth review of how awful the grocery pickup was at this location - brought me rotten food, claimed to be out of something and brought me a different product of lesser size (they're supposed to upsize, I needed it for a recipe - I let them know I either need a larger size or two of the half sizes they brought me ... then the guy comes out with TWO of what I had originally ordered - so they weren't out?!?!), and not a single soul would answer the phone when I tried calling over and over. Then last night I go, I pretty much get the same thing every time. I like the Kroger brand pepper turkey - every single container they had stocked was past the sell by date. It was the 23rd and they expired the 7th! I will honestly start stocking up on a few times from this location and then just mostly go back to the Bridge St location. I'm not one to remember names, but there's a young man named Adam at that location who is the most helpful person ever - he seems like he runs that place and he's great. Me knowing his name says a lot about that location. This location is so bad, it's the first time I ever felt the need to write a review about a grocery store, lol.

I went to this kroger last night for a few things. In the past they had been very lazy about enforcing masks for the customers. I assumed that given the increasing numbers of deaths from covid-19 that they would be taking this seriously. They are not. I nicely ask a person to put their mask back on. They just started at me. I then went to the pharmacy since that was where the closest employees were at. They said they are not allowed to deal with this but that they would call customer service. They did but I saw no action taken. This lack of care puts everyone's health in danger. I never plan on shopping there again. I'm now 100% with Giant Eagle. They even sanitize the carts for you.

Gas seems to always be more expensive here. What's the point of fuel points when it ends up being the same price as down the street?Every time we come here we are harassed to try some window or headlight cleaner. Whhhhhy? It's annoying AF!I usually have a card but when I had cash, attendant overtly rude, incompetent; clearly not customer service material. I will avoid this location from now on.
