This pharmacy promises medications for next day early afternoon and never seems to deliver as promised!!! There were two of us waiting today!!!!! The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are also hateful!!!!!! I am definitely moving prescriptions!!!!!!

Omg the worse service for me today, the afroamerican lady in the window is really bad, and the pharmacy call me all you medication are ready is no was true, and she, really bad , whe the dr call an we speak last Thursday they give one version, now they keep me 1 hour and my medication is no ready. No one know nothing, and the pharmacy call me, worse worse

I grocery shop here and switched from CVS after 20yrs, I haven't had to wait more than 5mins for medication. Staff is super polite and helpful

Just got off the phone with McKayla and she was SO helpful! We usually use the W Broad St location in Galloway because it’s close to our home, but it’s never a great experience and they were out of meds we needed so I called this location to see if they had them. Not only did they have them, they’re filling them in an hour! Amazing customer service, thank you!!!

The Kroger‘s discount on pharmaceuticals seems to change every time I go to pick up my medication. They are very informative on any questions that you may have.

Rebecca went the extra mile. Kept calling providor until they did their job. Closest Kroger with med was in Powel. Too far for me. She found med at Giant Eagle close to me.

This has been my go to pharmacy for years now, I can't say I've ever had a problem with the service or them not having something I needed. Pro tip, if the drive through is real busy then go inside. You can thank me later

I was handed the wrong medication, it was made out to someone with a completely different name. I wasn't too bothered by it, mistakes happen. Went to return it and get my own meds and was talked to (by the head pharmacist) like I was the one who made the mistake. I don't think it was out of line for me to expect an apology of some kind or maybe an acknowledgement of a mistake made by her staff. Some people just don't have any pride in what they do, a real shame. I've had good experiences until today, maybe a recent change in staff caused it.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. Cole and the rest of his team are excellent and always helpful. A few times, my prescription had been on backorder and they go outof their way to help. Thank you Cole!
