Have never had issues with this pharmacy honestly. Friendly people and they do go above and beyond.

People in charge of this pharmacy, please educate yourselves on intramuscular injections. It's not okay to instruct customers to use an 18 gauge needle that is only meant to be used to withdraw medication from a vial, to also administer it via injection , just because you're out of stock of the 25 gauge needles that were prescribed by a doctor to administer the medication. Not only would that be unnecessarily more painful but can also cause potential scarring. Expecting people should just tough it out and use larger needles to administer medication is not a solution, let alone even doing the bare minimum to serve customers. After this experience, I had to switch pharmacies for my son's well being.

Called ahead was quickly helped resolve an issue. The drive through was busy but the wait was not long.

I give you a one star, because the people who work at this pharmacy are not friendly or professional. I need real Sudafed and you treat me like I am a drug addict, news flash not everyone on West side do street drugs. I don't appreciate being judged.

I had the worst experience ever with the pharmacist at the Soldano Blvd location this morning. He didn’t disclose his name but he said he was the Pharmacist and manager. Very poor customer service skills and even hung up on me and I had to call back just to be more rudely disrespected. I understand many of these big box store pharmacies are probably understaffed and underpaid possibly but that should never reflect in their customer service skills in my opinion. I am switching all my medications somewhere else.

Tammy the little Munchkin from Wizard of Oz has the worst attitude on the planet for a Customer Service Agent. If you hate your Job so much, why did you choose to be in customer service and service others

This store gets a bad rap, unfairly, I believe. It's smaller, older, and the employees are kind and do their best. The REAL problem is the quality of the CUSTOMERS. The majority are rude, obnoxious, foul-mouthed, trash-up the place, and many shuffle in wearing pj's and house slippers. If you have no respect for yourself, you have no self respect, period. At any rate, no employee could possibly keep up with the horrible mess customers leave in the bathroom because customers can't slipper-shuffle two-steps to the trash can. Hopefully, as house prices over here rise we'll have people who received SOME home training. Until then, please don't blame the employees at this store. They'd need an army to walk behind all the fool customers who think of the people with jobs there as their personal maids. One thing, however: Employees should do their smoking BEHIND the store. In the summer, I have to hold my breath as I walk past the noxious cloud. Perhaps Management could set up picnic tables out back, with umbrellas in the summer and a heated smoking tent in the winter, as has been done where I work. At any rate, that action needs to be removed from the public eye. Walking through it reminds me of negotiating the gauntlet in junior high school. It doesn't reflect well on Kroger.

Previously they had a very friendly staff and they asked you if you had a question, now they are slow, they don't know if they like the job.

Stopped in here for a few things this morning. They seem to have much more fresh flowers this morning, they all looked so pretty. It was also a lot more cleaned up then the last weekend I was there. But I was in and out fairly quickly today as they had most registers open.

Seems I find myself short of one thing or another from time to time later in the evening, and am a bit of a "Night Owl" from time to time. Pre Pandemic shopping late wouldn't have been much of an issue, but it seems all night grocery & big box stores are mostly a thing of the past. Some of the shelves are stocked a little thin but usually I can find suitable items or reasonable substitutes that work. This particular Kroger is at least open until 11pm many nights. And so an occasional mad dash prior to closing can be the answer to unexpected household needs, and I'm glad they are here when I need them to be - a wee bit of a drive but closer stores are just not open at the moment. Thanks Kroger.

The Columbus Saldano Blvd Kroger is by far the worst Kroger store in central Ohio. I have shopped at many but unfortunately this location is what I am stuck with when I am short on time since it is near to my home. It is obvious this store is neglected by the chain and the manager. When you first walk in you immediately notice the filth and the neglect (or even when looking from the parking lot). There are never any handbaskets by the entrance and I always have to fetch one by the tall pile at the self-checkout; apparently it is nobody's job to return them back to the entrance. The selection on the shelves (when somebody bothers to stock them) is also very poor compared to other locations, even though the store size is not smaller than some of the better ones. I don't think I have ever seen a single employee in this store smile. The difference between this location and others is night and day. Just because this is in a low income area does not justify the poor management and condition of this store.
