I ordered a cake for my son over a week ago. I get called yesterday they didn't have green so instead of getting any design on the cake they left it white with just a toy. I am very disappointed it's suppose to be a special cake on his special day. What kind of bakery are you guys running?

Love love love the employees at this Kroger. Always helpful and always friendly. As a matter of fact I feel the same about the customers. I have always been treated so well here. It’s close by and of course we use the pharmacy as well. As an older person, we are there very often. Nothing but the best service at this store. Love this store.

This location has unfortunately really gone down hill gradually over the passed few years. There are a lot of self-checkout options but other than that the quality of this location is pretty poor.

This pharmacy is great. Always in stock, if not will rush order within 24-48 hours. Additionally beats out other prices for my medication, even when using insurance or the good rx card. Friendly staff

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Their computer is always down and the staffs were very short and rude when I had simple questions about my medications. Would not come back again.

This Kroger is okay. They don't have any employees that seem motivated though and so the only check out lines ever open are self check out, which is fine, except the line is always about 15 people long.

The soul, redeeming quality of this store is the fact that the prices tend to be lower than the Eagle, but, despite the fact that I live across the street, even that is not enough to get me to shop here. I would rather pay higher prices and drive 3 miles to Giant Eagle. The layout is bad, it's dirty, chaotic, they have refused to adopt contactless payment despite the fact that we've just emerged from a pandemic, and is generally reminiscent of something you find in a war zone. They have unusually large fruit if you're into that sort of thing. The bathrooms are literally always dirty and always disgusting.

I was at the Kroger to visit my favorite Pharmacist Laura Clark. I had to refill three prescriptions and tech asked "Logan" if I could have an override and he denied me. I will be traveling to Portland Oregon to visit my favorite Pharmacist "Kevin Haffener" who will surely dispense my medications for free.Good Night and Good Luck.

This Kroger's is highly disorganized and the staff stopped giving a crap a long time ago. It's right now 4:15p, a high traffic time. Yet they only have self checkout open. That's great for small carts full. There's only ONE cashier for larger orders. What sense does this make??? Zero. Corporate needs to clean this place up and start paying workers enough to give a damn. Anything less than $15 per hour is an insult. Minus one star for organization. Minus one star for poor staffing. Minus one star for staff that doesn't care. I got my groceries but imagine how much time I'd save if I drove a little further south on High Street to use a clean location with friendly staff and adequate staffing. Whoever the manager is here...stand in the corner. Horrible.

I had to stop by for contact solution. I went there 20 minutes before their alleged closing time and they were closed! What's up with that? If you are changing your times POST IT!!

double check your receipts if you do pickup! every time i get a substitute item i get charged full price and have to call to get the credit back for the difference. i'm still waiting for my credit from the last 3 orders. this has been going on for months. time to shop elsewhere.
