Told me my prescription would be done at 6. I sat in my car and waiting for thirty minutes for 6 to come around. I walk in to find them closed. Literally wasted my time, and it’s the only day I have left to do it. Now I have to bother someone else to get them to come grab it tomorrow while I’m at work. They could have told me they couldn’t fill it, or could have least mentioned they close at 6.

Typically great people there but this last couple of weeks has been problematic not only for me but my family as well. They are always busy at this location so show them grace, but I recommend going in and not calling until the lady is back. It’s ok to make mistakes, but they are hard to get resolved over the phone.

Needed to make a pitstop. Parking lot is small and crazy- people not paying attention, and/or not knowing how to drive. Inside, a bit hectic (but it was Sunday afternoon.) Small compared to newer Krogers. Obviously not as big a selection, but they had the cold drinks we wanted. We had to use the restroom, and it was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, awful. And had clearly been that way awhile. No thanks.

My aid went to pick up my prescription. Insurance doesn't cover it all so I pay out of pocket using Good RX for what's not covered. They told her only one script. When I called the lady was rude and only after my asking questions did she say they didn't have enough to fill both. She was really short, misleading, unhelpful and rude and ended by her hanging up on me. If it wasn't for them having a good price with good rx I would never use them. Respect and manners go a long way.

Closest liquor store around me. I waited in a line for about 5 minutes before I was even allowed in the liquor section only to get to the door and the woman inside tell me that if I didn't have someone else with me to watch my 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER that she had to wait outside the door. This kroger is already a dump but now I have a new reason to never go back.
